So he had to wear a collar? He was beyond pissed thinking about it but knew the Rose was speaking the truth if he was without a tag it would be trouble for both of them. He needed to think more about his actions since leaving the Warren; they held more weight out here. In the Warren if he popped off or acted out it was a jolt from the cattle prod or some other inventive torture they could come up with.

They pulled up to the next stop on her errand list of horrors to see the sigh. Martha's Monster Boutique and More. His scowl grew deeper.

"I—it's the only place in town. You can stay in here if you like." She offered like she had at the office...

"And miss out in this new brand of humiliation and repulsive behavior...never in a million years." He snorted turning his dagger glare from the establishment to her. she withered under his gaze.

Rose sighed parking and killing the engine placing her head on the steering wheel. "Sans—"

"I know—it's not your fault, sorry kiddo you are the only one in hearing range." He brushed it off, he wasn't really sorry but he knew that if he kept complaining and showing his bony ass out in public he was going to make it harder for her to want to help him find Pap. He glanced over as she opened the door and started towards the shop and he followed determined to keep his mouth shut and his comments to himself.

Entering the shop Sans had to dunk under the frame and a thin as a rail elderly woman scowled at them from behind the desk. She huffed looking over Sans and then barked at Rose causing her to jump. "Monster has to stay outside." She growled. "There is a sign, can't you read?"

"B—but I need Sans to try on some things. To make sure they fit."

"Fine—so I take it you are a new owner." She got up and walked around the counter and motioned to an area where Sans had to be—chained to the desk. She felt her heart sink to her stomach...

"Yes ma'am. Is that really necessary?" Rose pointed to the heavy chain bolted to the counter a disgusting metal choker handing from the end.

"For the monster yes...big brute like him I am surprised you are still alive." She hissed and glared up at him.

Sans could break the old crones neck in an instant...it wouldn't even take that much effort. He scowled at the woman who he guessed was Martha—he felt his hands clench into fists his eye flashing a blue as she walked up to him chain in hand. She was about to order him to kneel so she could put the damn thing on his neck when Rose suddenly grabbed his wrist and stepped in front of him.

"Ma'am really I know that Sans is big and looks intimidating but he is not a wild animal...please you don't need to chain him up."

Sans froze he could feel her shaking as he gripped her she was pleading with the woman and he wasn't sure if it was to keep him from losing his temper and killing this old bat, or to keep the old woman calm enough to do business with Rose so this trip could be as painless as possible.

The old crow relented before Rose. "Any damages you are going to pay for." The woman growled and then dropped the chain still leveling Sans with an intense look, he had to admit the old woman had some gall...she was brave in her old age. Or stupid—Sans wanted to believe stupid. Rose let go when she saw Martha back down.

"Sans...I'm going to take care of the tag, have a look around and see if there is anything you like." She tried to sound in control but failed miserably and turned to Martha who fished out some paper work. Sans wandered off into the many racks of items.
