Next Day

At the Engagement party

Emily's POV

"I got to admit not a bad Party Mrs. Beauchamp" I said "thank you Emily" she hands me a champagne glass "thanks"

"So how have you been over there?" She asks "It's weird you know? But as long as Dash and Killian are there it feels like home..We actually started this band thing and work at this place called the brew"

"How exciting! Have you guys made original songs?"

I drink out of my champagne glass "yeah actually"

"Hopefully one day you guys can perform for us"

I nod and smile "I'd Love that" I feel a pair of arms around my shoulder I turn my head and see my parents I push his arm off and walk away "Emily Don't walk away from us."

"Why shouldn't I? You guys are the ones who taught me how" I grab two champagne glasses and chug them "Woah are you okay?" I hear Alison say "Yeah I am"

"Don't bullshit me Emily" she crosses her arms I sigh "My parents are here"

"Really?"

"Yup..but I should've known my parents are friends with Penelope they're technically Bestfriend's."

"So then why did you go to Dash and Killian's mom for help?" Alison says "Penelope might be Bestfriend's with my parents but she's not like them."

Alison nods then her eyes go wide "What happened?" I turn around to what she's looking at but she grabs my head and makes me look at her "I um"

I look at her confused "what?" She sighs "Your parents are talking to Hanna" I walk over to them "What the hell are you doing?" I told my parents "Talking to your beautiful girlfriend"

I grab Hanna's hand "let's go Han..ignore what ever they told you"

I grab another champagne glass "I hate them so much"

"Em? What happened" Dash says coming over to me "what didn't happen? My parents came"

"They weren't even on the invite list how did they get in" Dash says I shrug "your mom probably let them in"

"I'll tell them to leave if you want."

"No. You know they'll make a scene I'll just ignore" I said he nods "imma head back to Freya call me if you need me"

"Alright"

Ingrid's POV

"So what are you doing?" I asked my mom and Wendy "Well we have to find out who the shape shifters are"

"So you're just gonna try out every single sample of people's DNA with the drinks they drink"

"Yes"

"Wouldn't that take forever."

"Yeah but it'll be worth it once we know who the shape shifters are"

I nod "true I guess so how will we know? If we run Into one of them"

"The eyes. They glow"

"That's a total give away" Wendy says pointing at me "alright then...while you guys do all this imma go have fun"

I walk towards Dash,Killian, and Freya "So the total give away with the whole shifter thing their eyes supposably glow so yeah total give away"

"That makes it easy"

"I know right?"

"So let's say if we do encounter this shape shifter person what do we do? Not all of us are witches" I said Ingrid and Freya look at each other "Run?"
