Emily's POV

I was walking to lunch till someone pulls me into a room closing the door behind me "What the hell" i said "I had to. You've been ignoring me" Mia says I sigh " I've been really busy lately I haven't had time to go into the band room and say Hi" I told her she nods "you were in the band room you just ignored me. I know that you're uncomfortable cause of what happened" she says I nod

"I know it was wrong but at the same time it wasn't. You're 21 and I'm 26 Emily. It's okay" she says "It's not when you're my teacher and I'm sorry Ms. Hernandez but I don't have feelings for you in that way if that's what you're thinking I'm attracted to someone else"

"I see" she says and walks away I wanted to go after her but I decided to just stay here. There's no way imma get involved with a teacher nope for now my #1 priority is to keep Alison safe

I sat with the group "Did you tell them?" I asked Hanna "Not yet"

"Tell us what?" Aria says "Emily and I broke up. And we're fine we just-"

"Weren't meant to be" I said Hanna nods "we're still good friends so it doesn't have to be weird and I'm now with Caleb" she says I smile "Caleb Rivers?" Alison says Hanna nods "finally" Alison says laughing I look at Alison and see her grab her shoulder in pain "are you okay?" Spencer asked her "yeah I just fell in the morning" she says she looks at me then looks away I grab my phone and text her

Emily: Let me guess he hurt you again😡

Alison: yes..Please don't do anything stupid Emily

Emily: I want to protect you! I can't just sit here and watch! No I care about you way too much to just sit here and watch

Alison: Emily you don't know him like I know him he's dangerous. He knows people who could hurt my family! Or you guys ..and if one of you get hurt cause of me I won't forgive myself.

Emily: ...We'll find a way okay?

Alison: okay

I put my phone away And sat next to her I grabbed her arm from under the table "Im here for you" I whispered

I went home and saw Dash,Freya,Killian and Ingrid on my couch "well hello to you guys" I said smiling
"Finally you got home" Killian says "Hanna and I broke up just thought you guys should know"

"Holy shit what happened?" Dash says "nothing. We just weren't meant to be. Maybe her and that Caleb guy were he makes her happy and that's all I care about"

"So Killian showed me that Song you and Alison wrote" Dash says "Yes I loved it even tho I only read it" Freya says "The words are beautifully used. I was surprised when Killian told us you and Alison wrote it" Ingrid said I shrug "Yeah" I said "I'm telling you, you and Alison should write a song together!" Killian says "I agree" Dash says "we do too that song made me cry and I haven't even heard it yet." Freya says I sigh "Okay.Okay just not right now. Not until we find who hurt Freya" I said a phone started ringing Freya put in on speaker

Freya: mom?

Joan: Freya we found out who the shapeshifters are at least we think the painting showed us.

Ingrid: okay so who is it?

Wendy: stop stalling or I'll just tell them the three are Emily's parents and Penelope
