Chapter Three
Love interrupted
Darren’s POV
Urgh! Why is Charlotte such a stupid girl? ‘What are you doing here, Charlotte? You here to spread some more crap? So how’s Jack?”
“Jack’s fine, thank you, and I’m here!”
“I know you’re here. I don’t care about Jack and your baby. I know that Jack got you pregnant and now he’s left you for some new slag. So you come back running here? You know I’ve got Heather now.”
“Ohmigosh! How did you know? Oh shit, Jack must have told you. Anyway, Heather’s going to Tividale, we can-”
“No! I love her and I don’t love you.”
“Ohmigosh, seriously? I mean, she’s leaving in like, 2 days, and is going to find someone else. Get over her and be with me!”
Heather leaned out of the room, hearing the noise. “What is she doing here, Darren? Are you cheating on me with that? I know that you never made anyone pregnant, but you still use to love her a-”
“No, she was just leaving. Right, Charlotte?” I continued
“Yah, I have to go. And me and Darren are only good friends, okay Charlotte? Anyway, you’ll only find a new boyfriend, Heather. I mean, how long is your contract with Darren anyway?”
“I love you.” I mouthed as I pushed Charlotte out of the house. I sighed, frustrated
Heather’s POV
What is he thinking about? I wonder when it’s time to use a spell. Let me read his thoughts….other words….blah blah…
“I love you too, and don’t worry about Dad, I’ll explain about it. And put that spell on you when he asks you question. I’m leaving in 2 days.”
“I know, Heather that you’re leaving.”
Shit, Dad. Of all times, he had to come now. “I know that we can still talk like this. You know, we can speak without moving our mouths.”
Goodbye Darren. Speak to you soon.
“I think that would be fine darling, but why didn’t you tell me you’re coming here. I would have told Todd to come with you.”
“Sorry daddy.”
“It’s okay, just don’t do it again, come on. We have to pack. I need you to use your spells. Say goodbye to Darren like a good girl. I’ll be waiting downstairs.”
“Okay Dad.”
Electra’s POV
Everything has always got to go bad for me. “Estelle, I don’t want to go.”
“Electra, this is your father’s big chance. You should be happy that you are going and at least you will get your powers and wolf abilities.”
“How did you know about that?”
“Electra. I need to tell you something.”
“What?”
“I’m not fully human. I’m part white witch.”
