A KILLER'S INSTINCT

CHAPTER 1

"Mummy, mummy " little eight years old Scott ran to his mum who was busy setting the table for dinner "Scott I told you to go take a bath " she said with a glass of water in her left hand "but mum why should I take a bath and raina won't?" Scott asked with a pretend frown "because raina isn't sweaty and gross as you are right now so go upstairs and wash up then come down for dinner okay?" With a loving smile she answered .Scott ran upstairs and  heard his mum's voice requesting him to wake up his dad. Some minutes later,the famil y sat down to enjoy there dinner Scott chewed and swallowed greedily gulping down water with hast "dad Scotty is doing it again" twelve yrs old raina reported "slow down Scotty u might get hick ups or worst ,you could become a cannibal " scott's father warned with a spoon pointing at Scott "dad, cannibals don't exist even raina knows that" with a mouth full of mashed  potatoes he said. Raina gave him a look and continued eating "Any thing is possible " his mother added "aren't cannibals like zombies? " Raina asked referring the question to her dad because he was always the better story teller "yes sweaty but you're forgetting that it's not only zombies" Scott dad responded with a glass of water half way to his lips scott dropped his knife and fork suddenly interested in the topic "what else ,what else" he bounced up and down his chair in excitement "now WENDIGOS are real cannibals. They are faster than were wolf's, 20percent  stronger,have night vision there sense of smile is ten percent better than that of were wolf's and don't get me started on there sight there's just one thing to describe them and that is incedible  but that's only the advantage WENDIGO is a curse to eat human flesh for survival they are like demons that walk on earth and I say demons they literally look like them " he explained raising his face from his food to look at his kids who were already looking scared "better lock your your Windows or the WENDIGOS might just.......
"

I think we've heard enough for one night "scott's mother cut in "now off to bed you two" she demanded.Scott and Raina shifted there chairs and ran to the stairs.Raina stopped while scott ran up "dad how do wendigos turn?"she asked "I think you mean why" she nodded "let's make a deal sweetheart if you go to bed right, tommorrow I'll take you get ice cream then I'll tell you why " he suggested " thanks dads"she quickly ran upstairs to bed .
The sky rumbled hungrily, the dark clouds grew thicker. there was a heavy  storm approaching.When it was 1pm,the rain poured down heavily Scott turned and turned on his bed throwing his hands and legs loosely trying to feel snug he heard his stomach howling for food he got up and went down to the kitchen at the kitchen door, he saw his parents talking to a woman it seemed they were in a sort of argument but Scott couldn't hear them because of the rain Scott entered into the kitchen with out caring because he could not bear the hunger he felt "Scotty what.......what are you doing up " his mom asked they all had this scared expression on there faces"mommy is everything okay?" Scott asked rubbing his sleepy eyes "am really hungry"he added not waiting for a response he saw there faces go pale with fear he didn't understand why they were  terrified but he didn't care because of his hunger" Scotty why don't you sit down and allow mum make you a Sandwitch"he did as he was told and sat down . Scott's  mother's hand trembled as she chopped vegetables with a knife. She took out her some slices of bread and dropped them on the plate but her knife fell Scott watched as she picked it up still trembling,  it fell again but this time it left a deep cut on her hand.When they saw the cut,they all turned to look at Scott who was just staring at his mom's bleeding arm "Scotty are you okay?"His dad asked looking at him with close attention and fear in his voice.Scott kept on looking at his mom torn flesh and he  could think about was hunger he wanted so badly to taste her flesh.Dark Veins began to appear all over his body from his feet to his hands then to his face"we have to get out of here" the woman said stepping back in a terrified manner"no! Scotty snap out of it" Scott's mum shouted also stepping back "he can't hear you we have to go " the woman ordered"what about raina?" Scott's father asked with a terrified look on his face"am outta here" the woman quickly made for the door but before she blinked, scott  stood in front of her with his eyes pitch black his teeth thin long and very sharp he snapped her neck then he made for his dad his mum screamed, tripped and fell she cried in horror.Scott came for her and did the same thing to her.Raina heard the screams downstairs and rushed down the stairs with hast the kitchen door was half way open she heard growling when she entered the kitchen, she screamed in terror when she saw scott eating her dad's organ Scott raised his face that  was covered with blood and came after her.
