Chapter 6: Kill a Student

The Next Day

At school again, the week is over and so far you haven't found a single dead body...yet. You walk towards the art club room, you see Oka reading a book while walking towards the stairs. You look down the stairs to see a small water puddle on the stairs. "Oka!" Oka walks and slips on the water, you run and grab her but falling is something you can't stop. You hold Oka close to your chest as you tumble down the stairs and hit the bottom, you take most of the pain. Oka slowly looks up at you, her eyes widen.

"Y-you have a cut on your forehead...and it's bleeding badly."

She gets up and helps you up.

"Thank you for saving be from a bloody death. We should get you to the nurse so you can get a bandage for that cut on you."

You can feel the blood slowly dripping down, you nod and begin walking with her to the nurses office. You hot have bumps and bruises from the fall but you took the fall to protect Oka. You reach the nurses office and get your wound wrapped. You and Oka get an ice pack to put on your wounds and bruises. You and Oka leave to your classes, Chi rushes over as soon as he sees you.

"Oh my god! (Y/n) what happened!?"

He's really worried. "I'm fine, Oka slipped n the stairs and I tried to catch her. In the process it brought me down, I took most of the damage."

"From the top of the stairs?"

You nod.

"Wow, if you weren't there and she feel she would have been dead for sure."

"Dead..." You're eyes widen. "who ever is killing these students is trying to kill Oka now! I need to find her!" You run down the halls almost slipping at every turn trying to see where Oka went after you split off from her. "Oka!?" You run to the occult club room and run inside. You look around. "Where's Oka, this is an emergency." They point up meaning the roof. You run out and up the stairs being careful for any spills of water on the stairs. You burst through the doors onto the roof. Oka is standing at the edge looking out at the yard, someone in the same hoodie as the one you say at the cafe is behind her. They put their hands up to push Oka off. "Hey! Get away from Oka you murderer!!" They look at you and run away, you couldn't see their face. Oka turns around to see them run away, you run over and grab Oka's hand. You dash downstairs with her to a teacher. You explain everything you say, the teacher nods and goes to look for the person. Once the teacher has gone to the roof you hear a scream from the roof but it's cut off quickly. You and Oka rush to the roof to see the bloody corpse of the teacher laying on the ground. The hooded person is standing on the other side of the roof staring at you with red eyes and a gun in their hand. Oka let's go and runs downstairs screaming. "Oka!"

"Don't even think about going after her."

You stand still staring at the person.

"If you want to live, kill one of the Basu sisters. Kill both if you'd like, don't get caught. If you do as I say, I won't end your life. Understood?"

You freeze up but force yourself to nod. They back flip off the roof and disappear. You stand there in shock at what you just agreed to do...but know you have to do it. You walk downstairs, Oka got another teacher and they rush over to you. The teacher runs to the roof, you grab Oka's hand and start walking away.

"(Y/n)? Is everything okay?"

"Oka...I...I just don't feel too good at the moment." She walks next to you still holding your hand.

"I understand...the sight of death isn't always pretty."

You nod...you don't tell her about what you have to do. You and Oka split off for class, since their was a death at the school...school was key out early. You take this chance to run up to a girl with pink hair in pigtails and she has blue cat like eyes. "Hi...um...do you know who the Basu sisters are?"

"Yes, I am a Basu sister. My other sister is sick st home st the moment. What did you need?"

"Good, I wanted to talk to you in private. Is that okay?." She smiles and takes your hand. You lead her to the incinerator room.

"This is a pretty quiet place most of the time. I think it would be prefect for us~"

She smirks and walks closer to you, soon her face in right in front of yours. You secretly grab the pair of scissors you have from your back pocket. "Forgive my sins..." She gets a confused look but before another word could come you stab her in the back. She falls to the ground in pain, you finish her by stabbing her in the chest. You bump the body into the incinerator with the scissors and your uniform. You put on a fresh clean uniform and leave the school. Chi rushes to you with Oka and Ayano trailing behind panting and gasping for air.

"Hey (y/n)! I had a great idea of having a sleepover party. The girls have their sleepover and we, the guys, have our sleepover. They already agreed to it saying it would be a good idea to keep track of each other, get to know each other, and make sure nome of us die. How does that sound?"

Ayano and Oka finally get to you, their gasping for breath. You start to wonder why Chi isn't gasping for air. You brush it off and look at Chi. "Sure, I think it's a great idea." You feel your sins crawling on your back.
