Annies POV
Olivia and I had now been in London for 3 days, meaning this was our last. We had gone shopping and bought a whole new wardrobe each, gone to the theatre to see Wicked, visited lots of tourist destinations and gone for walks. And on top of all that, we also bought and apartment to live in when we come back for real. As soon as we saw it, we basically said we'd buy it. The last few days had flown by and now we were both really tired so we decided to have a chilled morning and maybe do something later on in the afternoon. I was sitting cross-legged on Olivia's bed watching 90210 while she decided what to wear.
"What about this?" Olivia asked, holding out a burgundy top and some skinny jeans.
"Yeah, that's cute!" I replied, briefly glancing at what she was showing me.
"hmmm, no." she mumbled and threw it on the sofa.
"You're so indecisive!" I muttered and took a sip of orange juice.
"well, you never know when we might bump into them again" she said.
Since our first day in London, we have both wondered if we would ever see one direction again. I kept reliving the moment Harry Styles held out his hand to help me up and then having to flee as the mass amount of girls came screaming towards him. I could still remember the concerned look on his face as he ran his free hand through his thick curls but the memory was not a vivid as it was a few days ago. This upset me. I didn't want to forget it. The only remedy would be to see him again I kept thinking. But that was unlikely.
I stood up and strolled over to the window. The sun was looking its best, beating down on the centre of London. I decided I could not stay inside this stuffy hotel room any longer.
"I'm going for a walk, phone me when you're ready and I'll tell you where I am" I told Olivia.
"Okay, I'll try and be quick" said Olivia as she searched around her wardrobe.
Olivias POV
When I had almost given up hope I noticed my cream shirt and pulled it off the hanger desperately. I paired it with some jeans and black toms. It had been about half and hour since Annie had left so I quickly ran a comb through my hair and headed outside. The sun was shining down on me as I phoned Annie.
"hey Olivia!" She said.
"hey, where are you?" I replied.
"I'm at Starbucks, you know the one we were in yesterday?" She asked.
"oh yeah, I'll be there soon" I told her.
For being in London only 4 days, It was surprising how familiar I was with the area now. I actually really enjoyed my walk. The sun seemed to follow me around, making me feel really relaxed. I could still distinctly remember Louis Tomlinson crashing into me the other day. And then casually lifting me up to my feet. I think if I had known what was going on at the time I would have screamed crazily in his ear but thankfully I was a bit confused after my fall. As I strolled along the pavement, I was suddenly hit by the sweet, comforting smell of roasted chestnuts, in my opinion, the best smell ever. I was soon at Starbucks. I ordered a strawberries and cream frappuccino and a cookie. After paying for this I looked around and spotted Annie. I sat down on a seat beside her and sipped my frappuccino.
"heeeeeey!" I yelped.
"Hey Olivia!" Annie replied.
We chatted for ages, until it began to get dark. We talked about out first day and the events that had taken place and how we wish that could happen again and about all the clothes we bought. We talked about our apartment and how excited we were to move there in a few months and the things we hoped to do. We talked about our new job and what we might do. It all seemed so exciting. We decided to head back to the hotel when we noticed it was 5.
Annie's POV
I entered my hotel room and began to pack up my belongings. It took me a lot of time and effort to stuff everything into my case but eventually I managed it. I assumed Olivia would have had the same struggle. After doing this I crawled into my bed, tucking myself in with the duvet. I managed to fall into a deep sleep very quickly, thank goodness.
I awakened at 7 O'clock and had a shower. I dressed myself in some jeans and a comfy, pink jumper and put on some make-up. I knocked on Olivias door and we both pulled our suitcases along the corridor, down the lift and into the lobby. We checked out and made our way to the airport.
"I don't wanna leave" I sighed.
"Either do I" said Olivia. "But we'll be back soon"
Our flight was called in a short time and we made our way to the terminal reluctantly.
