⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀Over time, the two of you grew quite bored of the world you both shared. Sure, it was nice having candies galore at the wave of a hand and being able to splash in the water without a care. But... the same question kept repeating in your mind.

What else is there?

Every time the words would hit your mind like a ton of bricks, a large ripple in the ocean you'd made would occur. It seemed powerful enough to knock down ships but always evened out to tiny waves once it got to shore.

What else? What else? What else? Invading your mind like a sick disease, the phrase overtook you. Instead of the sounds of the gentle tide crashing against the beach, Chara's breathing or anything slightly familiar, the entire room was filled with your ear piercing screams.

"NOー No! No No, no!" The water enveloping your toes vanished as your shriek shook away all that you had created. The paradise... was gone. The stars were back. Empty, once again.

Chara stumbled over, swimming through the zero gravity. "Hey... what'd you do to this place? I was enjoying my chocolate too." Their chuckle wasn't enough to stifle your impending rage. "I didn't do.. ANYTHING!" You snapped like a scorpion, leaving the child with a dumbfounded look on their face. "No, Chara I'm sor-"

Before what a normal person's reaction would've been (tears) could occur, Chara quickly covered up and retaliated. This resulted in them cutting you off. "Really?! Then why is everything gone! You're the only one that can do that, and I sure as hell did not!"

Hot tears streamed down your cheeks and in the heat of the moment, you didn't hold back. "Yeah, you're so useless, I bet if you tried you'd screw up worse than me getting rid of everything!" Once the words slipped out of your mouth, the anger fled from both of your faces.

Biting their lip, the kid was taken aback and cracked a sinister smile. "I like you, you know. You've got guts. Thanks for being honest." With that, they started to float away on what seemed to be an invisible cloud. "No, no, Chara, waitー" It was too late. You couldn't see them anymore.

With a hand extended to the direction that they'd ran off to, it balled up into a fist and slammed into nothing. The force let out a wave of power, surging through and rumbling all the stars. They seemed to be... cracking?
