Y/N's POV

"On the bright side, you guys met." Tessa said awkwardly, plugging and unplugging some Christmas lights.

It had been an hour or two and we were sitting around. Me and Tessa were watching Shane and Cade have a full out glare stand-off.

"So what do you do for a livin'?" Cade asked Shane.

"I told you dad, he drives." Tessa said rolling her eyes.

"So he drives for a living?"

"Yeah, at least he makes a living." Tessa mumbled and Cade looked over at her.

"Thank you, y'know- thank you for that." Cade scolded, crossing his arms.

"So where's he from?"

"I'm from Texas, mister."

"What? Dublin Texas? Why the hell does he sound like a leprechaun then? Explain that Lucky Charms," Cade got up closer to Shane.

"You'd get your ass kicked in Ireland for sayin' that." Shane shook his head.

"Then it's a good thing we're in Texas."

"I'm done with this." I mumbled and walked-- well, limped out of the station.

I sat down against one of the pumps and buried my head in my knees. The light of the sun was long gone and nothing was left but and orange and purple sky. I then heard the sound of an engine which made me shoot up as fast as I could, which wasn't really that fast and realized it was Optimus. I sighed a breath of relief and smiled weakly at the oncoming truck. When he pulled up he changed into his bot form.

"You shouldn't be out here." He spoke looking at the horizon.

"Yeah well I shouldn't be a lot of things," I said with a small smile,"So.. were we followed?"

"As far as I could tell, no. How's your injury?" Optimus asked, kneeling down.

I picked at the bandages a little before talking again,"Hurts a little, had to get some stitches and that hurt like hell."

"I apologize for not being able to protect you," He mumbled, standing back up.

"Eh, don't beat yourself up about it. I'm fine." I smiled up at him and he began to walk away.

"Hey-- Optimus?" I asked. He turned around and looked down towards me.

"What's the percentage of us dying exactly?" I asked, kind of wincing at what the results might be.

"Depends on the choices you make in the future." He says, with his low voice.

"That's comforting." I mumble.

"One more thing.." I say quickly.

He looked down at me, and I glanced between his optics.

"Thanks, y'know, for having our backs out there." I said, smiling a little.

"As I said, I'm in your debt. I will protect you and Cade for saving my life. Now, get some rest, we're heading out at first light." He then walked away, and I smiled.

"Grab what you need." Cade said, I was already waiting in the truck picking at the bandages. Cade jumped in and slapped my hands away.

"Stop picking at them."

"Sorry." I mumbled.

I was leaning my head on the window and suddenly we passed a white truck, but Optimus passed by a blue laser over lapped the truck and a giant jolt went throughout the truck.

"What the hell?" I yelled.

Optimus began to change, and when I say change, I mean the seats were no longer ripped and his paint job was amazing.

"THAT WAS AWESOME-- I MEAN CRAZY-- BUT AWESOME!" Shane shouted.

"That was freakin' awesome Optimus!" I smiled.

The dashboard began to heat up and I smiled, looking out the window. Optimus's voice sounded through the radio and it said,

"Calling all autobots, calling all autobots."

I look up at the rocky horizon and saw another autobot. He was shooting his guns and yelling stuff about Optimus. There were also three following us. We pulled up to an empty area and Optimus changed. There was a couple other autobots and I shuffled slowly behind Optimus, I wasn't willing to be shot twice.

"Mr.Leader of the free galaxy is back. I never doubted ya." A green autobot said, kinda cheery, kinda terrifying.

"We've been waiting."

"Hell yeah, got the gang back together."

"Autobots," Optimus began, "The humans have asked us to follow their rules. The rules have just changed."

"Human beings, bunch of back-stabbin weasels." Hound growled.

"Loyalty's but a flower in the wind--" Drift said peacefully.

"The hell?"

"It's a haiku."

"Cut the crap before I shove a grenade down your throat."

"Y'know what-- it'd save us so much time." Bee said through the radio.

"Bumblebee is nothing but a child." Drift stated.

"This child's about-- to kick your ass." Bumblebee called through the radio walking up to Drift.

I shuffled behind Optimus's leg again not wanting to get between their little cage fight.

"Autobots, Lockdown is tracking us, we need to know why."

"I don't know about why, but I have an idea about who." Cade said, signaling me to give him the drone I grabbed when I was shot. He tinkered with it for a little bit then began playing a video on a projector.

"That's Leadfoot."

The screen showed an autobot being torn and another being shot to pieces. Hound took off his helm as to pay his respects and I frowned a little bit.

"I've sworn never to kill a human."

"Big mistake."

"But when I find out who's behind this, he's going to die."
