Ch.2

Aphmau's P.O.V

Having two kids is very hard especially when no one is here to help. I have a little 6 month old baby girl and a 8 year old boy. I've waited 7 months for Aaron to mind link me telling me to go back home, which he still hasn't. I went back to the pack's territory about 5 months ago only to find it completely abandoned. Sometimes I wonder if they all had died which it brakes my heart everytime I think that, but the thought crosses my mind more than it should. Jacob still asks about them too. Alina (Alina is the name off my baby girl) doesn't even know what she is. When she turns two I'll have to teach her to shift. That's the time Jacob learnt how to shift.

"Momma I'm hungry." Jacob whined.
I haven't really had the money to buy food I only buy for Jacob and Alina there's not enough money left over for me to eat, but that's ok as long as they eat I'm happy. I've also lost weight because of this.

"I know baby." I said, smiling sadly at Jacob. I rocked a sleeping Alina in my arms. We were riding a bus back to the pack territory, I wanted to see it. No. I needed to see it. How could I not. To me that place is home.

I watched out the window as the trees flew by, just as all my memories did as well. Everything as a home was tooken away from me and Jacob. Oh, how I wish I could have that back. I envy people that have the things I used to have. But now I don't, and I can't change that.

The bus soon came to a stop. I grabbed Alina's baby bag. "Come on, Jacob." I said smiling at him, which he gladly returned it.

We got off the bus. Once off the bus I walked along the small path we had made for the pack, but they weren't here so I don't know why I did it. Once we walked half way threw the path I told Jacob to shred his clothes and shift. It had been a while since we ran to feel, well free. I went behind a tree myself and sat Alina down carefully. I took off my clothes and put them in Alena's baby bag. I shifted into my wolf and nudged Alina softly. Her little eyes fluttered open, when she saw me in wolf form and recognized it was me she giggled. She loved seeing me in wolf form.

"Momma I shifted." Jacob told me in the mind link.

"Ok, can you carry Alina's diaper bag for me?" I asked. Jacob came around the tree I was by and nodded before picking up the bag. I looked down at Alina she looked so much like me It almost looked like someone made me a clone. She looked like me, as Jacob looked like a mini Aaron. I carefully picked her up by the blanket she was wrapped in.

We steadily trotted to the path area.
Once we got there, something was off. There was a scent that smelled so firmilar. I looked around frantically, but didn't see anyone.

I walked over to our old house still in wolf form with Alina with Jacob following from behind. I sat Alina down and shifted back to human form. I took the bag out of Jacob's wolf mouth. He was getting bigger as a wolf he stands at my waist while my wolf is even taller and bigger than me.
But he's catching up to me soon enough he'll be bigger than me.

I grabbed my clothes and changed. I also got a pair of extra clothes for Jacob as well. After Jacob had finished changing, I picked up Alina and started walking around the old house. Some of the floor was busted in and so was the ceiling. Even vines and other plants have started growing on the walls. The place looked as if it was a century old. 

I held Alina tighter to me. And grabbed Jacobs hand telling him to leave the baby bag, we'll get that later.

"I miss this place, mommy?" Jacob said giving my hand a light squeeze.
I looked down at him, his eyes told me exactly how he felt.

"Me too. Me too." I mumbled loud enough for him to hear me.

We walked into mine and Aaron's old room. Everything was a mess just like the rest of the house some of the pictures were still hung up on the walls of me, Aaron, and some with Jacob. But none with Alina I wish Aaron could have been there when I gave birth to her 6 months ago.

We walked out of the room, as we did this I heard something in the house creak. My head snapped in the direction of the sound. Now I knew we weren't alone.
