Aphmau's POV
In the morning I acted as if nothing had happened the night before. If EIN was pulling a scheme I need to find out, so for now I'll act as if I'm completely clueless.
Walking into the bathroom I notice how baggy my eyes are. It's no surprise really, I could barely sleep after last night.
I mean can ya blame me?
Splashing water in my fash trying to drown out my lack of energy and continue on with my day by taking a quick shower and putting on a simple pair of blue jeans and a hoodie.
Once done getting dressed I wake up Jacob and Alina.
"Momma look Alina seems bigger!" Jacob cheered in excitement. I smile at his love and care for his little sister. I know if something bad every happens he will protect her.
I ruffled Jacob's hair. "That's because she's growing." I stated quite obviously.
Picking up Alina and resting her on my hip, I started walking down the stairs to the kitchen so Alina and Jacob, can eat before they dress.
"Ah, Aphmau how did you sleep?" The sudden presence of Ein behind me startled me a bit. I turned around and gave him a smile.
What? I didn't want to seem suspicious.
I took a deep breath before answering his question. "I slept well, and you?"
"I slept good."
"Good then, shall we eat breakfast?" I asked. I'm a little nervous hopefully he's buying this act I'm putting up. I'm not only nervous though, I'm also hungry.
He placed his hand on the small of my back and guided me to the kitchen, "what would you like?" Ein didn't nessisarilly seem nervous, so I guess that means he believes me.
Well at least I hope.
I placed my hand over my chin, "I would like eggs, bacon, and pancakes!" I happily said which caused Ein to chuckle.
Ein started preparing breakfast while he was doing that I decided to set the table for all of us to eat. Once Ein was done cooking we all ate and I made sure to feed Alina some formula milk for her. Even though in a few days she'll be as big as a toddler because her werewolf side we'll help her grow into a healthy werewolf.
After eating I made sure to help Jacob and Alina put on a fresh pair of clothes and shoes.
I need to go into town.
"Ein, I need to go into town for a few." I said walking up to him. I must've interrupted him because he was talking to Ryder about who knows what.
Ein turned to face me giving me an irritated smile, "sure." I thanked him and carried Alina to the garage while Jacob followed. Picking up a pair of keys I clicked the button to see witch car they were paired with.
The black SUV honked, and I smirked.
I'm going to get to the bottom of this. Mark my word.
