Chapter 4: Captured

Yes about that, did you by any chance get a name for your birth mother?" I quickly asked her. I had my suspicions on who R might be, but I wasn't sure. "Um ya, I think so. It was...was...dammit, I can't remember. Wait yes, it was-"

But just as she was about to answer Hannah burst through the door looking very panicked. "Malia, we have a problem."

(MALIA'S P.O.V.)

"What do you mean we have a problem?" I asked Hannah cautiously. Hannah has always been one to overreact for the slightest thing, so this could be anything.

"Well.....you know how we have been safe from the Daleks because they never come to this house?" She questioned me while slightly laughing. Not a big one, just a small Nervous laugh. She tended to this when she was trying her best not to freak out.

"Ya, why?" I took a step closer to her waiting for the answer.

"Well, long story short, there's two Daleks downstairs." Hannah rushed, "What? There's two Daleks downstairs?!?" I half quietly screamed so we wouldn't be heard. But I was full out screaming on the inside. I quickly turned to the Doctor, "You guys have to get out of here, you can escape though the window and get back to the TARDIS." I said pointing over to the window.

"Wait, your not coming?"

"No, I have to get to the Dalek ship like I said."

"Malia no, I'm not leaving y-"

"Doctor we don't have time for this! You have to get out now!" I yelled. I took out the vortex manipulator and started putting in the coordinates. "Doctor I'm assuming you've been up there, so I need to know exactly where they are, what the coordinates are." I asked him not looking up from the device. When he didn't respond I did look up to find him just standing there looking at me with mixed emotions I couldn't place in his eyes.

"Doctor tell me, you and Hannah both need to get out if here before it's too late." I took a step closer "trust me I'll be fine."

After a second or two he finally told me the coordinates and I put them into the vortex manipulator. But as the Doctor and Hannah were walking to the window, Hannah stopped and turned to me. "Are you sure you want to do this? We can find another way."

"There is no other way." And with that she nodded and turned towards the window climbed down the drain pipe. The Doctor followed her but not before saying to me "just stay safe and don't get caught." I gave him a small smile, "of course." I lied. I think we both knew that once I got there, I wasn't coming back. "Oh and doctor?' He turned to me 'I will call your TARDIS if I get back, but if you don't hear from me in one hour, then go, don't come looking for me and risking your life. Leave and keep Hannah safe. You got it?"

"Ok I will, but you will be coming back." And with that he climbed down the drain pipe following Hannah. I walked over to the window and looked out. I saw them running cautiously to where the TARDIS was. "Oh doctor, if only you were right." I walked over to my bedside table and opened it up. I quickly grabbed something out if it and put it in my pocket. Suddenly I heard a large banging noise came from the other side of the room, I quickly turned around only to face two Daleks on their way over to me.

"You are Malia Jones, you will come with us!" The first Dalek said to me. "Like hell I will." Was my retort to them. I was just about to teleport up the Dalek ship when the second Dalek said to me..." You will come with us or you will be exterminated!" I looked up to them with a glare.

" I don't think so, and you wanna know why? Because if you are telling me to come with you I must be important to you in some way, and so if I am important to you, you won't exterminate me, am I correct?"I said to them with as much venom in my voice as possible, they just stared at me without saying a word.
