I say bye to Mum and Dad then I get onto the train and take a seat in a carriage with Lee Jordan and the Twins who's telling Lee all about their pranks on Percy.
"Why are we slowing down?" I ask
"I don't know" Lee replies
The train comes to a halt and everything goes dark. The air turns cold and George pulls me closer to him. I feel so sad, what happened to me feeling happy and laughing less than 3 minutes ago?
A hooded figure approaches our compartment door going to open it causing me to lean even closer into George but the figure decides against it and carries on his journey down the carriage.
After a few minutes everything returns back to normal and the train is moving again.
"What was that about?" I ask as I move away from George
"I'm pretty sure that was a Dementor" George replies
"That's what they really look like?" I ask
They all nod their heads yes. I pet Bella making sure she's ok and then I go to get changed into my robes.
Hogwarts
We have two new professors this year; Professor Lupin for DADA and Hagrid is the new Care for Magical Creatures Professor. Lupin looks nice so I hope nothing bad will happen to him like the last two. Dumbledore starts his speech about the Dementors and why we was searched upon arrival tonight. Of course it's to do with a certain Mr Black, we now have Dementors positioned at all entrances of Hogwarts which is going to be fun, not.
"But you know happiness can be found even in the darkest of times, when one only remembers to turn on the light." Dumbledore finishes
I like that quote, I shall have to remember that one. I get up and start to make my way back to our common rooms.
"Hurry up everyone, come on keep moving. Quickly"
"Oh shut up Percy" I mutter as I pass him and make my way up the stairs, honestly that boy is so annoying how did I manage to get him as one of my brothers?
I finally reach my destination only to find the fat lady is trying to sing and refusing us entry.
"Amazing, the top of my voice" She smiles as she sings so high pitch the glass breaks aka her having to break it because she can't even sing
"Yes yes very amazing, now Fortuna Major" I reply
"alright go on in" She opens the door
"She better not keep doing this all year"
"It's annoying -" Seamus replies
