I take my seat in the back corner of the carriage and open up my current book allowing myself to escape the dramas of everything that is going on. Neville is going to be pretty impressive this year, due to the fact he isn't using his Dad's wand anymore. The war will finally happen and it's going to be big, I just wish I can get visions on what's going to happen and who will die so I can warn them and try to save them.
I finish my book just as we pull into Hogsmeade Station, perfect timing. I put it away in my bag then I quickly change into my robes via magic and get out making my way towards the carriages.
The poor first years look scared to death, except the obvious Slytherins to be. After the short journey to the castle I take my seat at the Gryffindor table, the atmosphere is terrible in here. It isn't the same as previous years.
The sorting hat didn't even get to do his song it was literally just straight to the sorting. We have two new members of staff to teach the Dark Arts; The Carrows. Slytherin themselves.
Dark Art lessons really are going to be dark. Very dark.
I keep myself to myself as I eat the food ignoring all the talk about the trio being wanted. When we get sent to our common rooms immediately after the feast is over I gladly left wanting to get away from the atmosphere. I go straight to the dorm and get ready to curl up in bed with a new book. I wish Bella was here to cuddle with but I left her home so I know she is safe.
This year is going to be an awful year and I don't even need my head to tell me that.
