3 years later
It's mad to believe that 3 years ago I was sat in the office at work having a breakdown not knowing what to do. But I made the right decision by saying no.
Around 2 months later I went to see a Quidditch game with my brothers and we bumped into Oliver Wood who was on one of the teams. We only had a few short conversations at Hogwarts cause the twins would always do something stupid cutting our conversations short. This time we managed to talk for longer than 5 minutes and I guess things just kinda went from there.
Turns out he was the Gryffindor in my vision and everything George said is true, Oliver is just amazing and he treasures me a lot. He even skipped a match last year to stay home with me because I was sick, I don't think Harry would've done that to be honest.
I get interrupted from my trip down memory lane by Dad entering the room.
"You look so grown up" He smiles
"Thanks, is George ready?"
"Downstairs waiting"
I nod ok and we leave. I wanted both Dad and George to walk me down the aisle as George and I have grown so much more closer over the last 3 years even though I didn't think it was possible for us to get any closer. We have managed to create so many great products for the store and even had to add another floor just to fit all our new products in.
Time Skip
"Who would've thought. You marrying Oliver Wood" Bill smiles as he hugs me
"I know" I laugh as I hug him back
Bill recently became a father and I'm so proud of him, Victorie is the cutest baby I've seen.
"We need to head outside now" Oliver smiles as he approaches us
"Oh yeah, it's about to start" I smile
We all gather outside, we have a firework display arranged to include the ones who could've make it today and to celebrate the heroes we lost during the Battle.
"Daddy"
I look to my left and see Teddy in Harry's arm pointing up at the picture of Remus, this causes a small tear to escape.
A few more tears escapes until the finale, a lot more detailed and time went into preparing Fred's. Seeing the turn out has me in tears.
"He would be proud" Oliver whispers as he hugs me
"I miss him" I mumble into his neck
"He's probably laughing at you crying on your big day."
"Of course he is" I chuckle as I wipe my eyes. Thankfully I used magic so crying wouldn't ruin my makeup.
Roughly 2 hours later we say goodbye and leave going to the airport as our Honeymoon destination is Paris. My idea of course.
"You nervous?" Oliver asks as we buckle up
"No"
"I thought you would be, with you know our kind on a muggle aircraft"
"You seem to be forgetting my Father's car"
"True" He chuckles
"Everything is so much smaller" I comment looking out the window
"Well we are thousands of feet in the sky"
"Alright Mr Sarcastic" I smirk
The plane journey wasn't too long but it was indeed late by the time we got to the hotel where I pretty much passed out as soon as my head hit the pillow.
Who would've thought, me being a married woman. To be honest I never really thought about marriage and the future like most girls do growing up, the thoughts just never came to me. I suppose it was better this way cause imagine having this perfect image in your head of your dream wedding and then not being able to have it for various reasons including this type of cake is impossible to make, knowing me that would've happen if I did have an image in my head.
it turned out to be good and I'm happy with that. I'm no longer Chloe Weasley but deep down I know I'll always be a Weasley, my red head will never let me forget that.
