Harry has his first Quidditch match today, a first year have never made it onto a team but he managed to. Pretty impressive if you ask me. Me and Bella reach the stands and find Ron, Hermione so we stand by them, Hagrid soon joining us. He's so nervous to the point I had to force feed him as he wouldn't eat anything.
The game begins and so far the Snitch hasn't been seen so all Harry is doing is really just sat there doing nothing so I focus on cheering on the team and the twins of course.
Finally the fast golden sight appears and Harry goes zooming after it, that is until he's suddenly doing the complete opposite.
"What's happening?" I ask
"Look's like he's lost control of the broom" Ron replies
"He can't of"
"He hasn't Snape is jinxing it" Hermione says handing Ron the binoculars and quickly walking off
"She better hurry up and stop it"
We all watch in terror me and Ron wishing Hermione would hurry up. I look over towards the professors and see a small fire so I look back to Harry and see him now back to chasing the snitch. That was until he falls to the ground. I quickly make my way to the stairs where as I'm half way down I hear Lee Jordan announcing that Harry caught the snitch, how?
I reach Harry and see him holding the snitch proudly. "How did you catch it?"
"He nearly ate it" Fred laughs
"Well done Harry" I smile
"Thanks" He smiles back
Ron and Hermione finally reaches us then we all can head back to the castle. I go to do my homework then I go to the library to find a new book to read. Harry did great today and everyone is still talking about him not only being a first year on the team but also winning. Gryffindor is lucky to have him, we can now win every game with Harry on the team.
