James's POV
I was dreaming. Dreaming of all sorts of things, stuff was just passing me in a blur, but it was calming. I was happy, I could've stayed there all day.
But there is a certain witch called Rayn Pennifold."JAMES CHARLUS POTTER WAKE UP!" That is the shout I woke up to on a Thursday, whilst I was getting battered by pillows. Wait. Pillows? I shot up and grabbed my glasses from my bedside table, only to realise that I was the last one asleep and everyone else decided to wake me up using torture.
"Alright! Okay! I'm up! I'm up!" I shielded my head as I untangled myself from the covers and stood in front of Sirius. Which was a mistake. He gave me a shove and when the back of my knees hit the bed, I went head over heels backwards and ended up sprawled on the floor with the other four laughing at me. Rubbing the back of my head, I stood up.
"Ugh, wow. Thanks Sirius.""No problem mate." He spluttered in between laughs. Leaving them laughing, I went to get dressed in the bathroom. Trousers, shirt, Gryffindor tie, Gryffindor robes, and slipping a bottle of 'Strange Concoction' made by Rayn into my pocket, I felt extremely excited. Not just because of the prank, but on Monday it was a Muggle Bank Holiday, and Dumbledore felt it only fair that Hogwarts had a day off school too, and he chose today, literally for no reason.... unless it was his birthday, because he wouldn't share that with the whole school....
"James! Are you ready yet?!" Rayn shouted from the common room. I put the toothbrush I had been using down and ran downstairs. "Finally! How can you take so long?" I shrugged.
"Well come on then! I'm starving!" Sirius reached over and grabbed me by the sleeve, running out of the common room. We were followed by Peter, but when we got to the Great Hall, we realised that Remus and Rayn weren't with us. "What do you think Rayn's done now?" Sirius laughed.
"I think we're about to find out." Peter said. Sure enough, I heard familiar shouting, and it was getting louder. Soon enough, the Great Hall was quiet apart from the shout. The three of us burst out laughing when we heard it.
"REMUS JOHN LUPIN YOU PUT ME DOWN RIGHT NOW!" Rayn shouted. When they came into view, Remus was carrying Rayn.... 'fireman style' I think Muggles call it? Anyway, she was kicking, punching, and screaming.
"No, I'm good." We all laughed at Remus's reply, then I realised that this was part of the plan we thought of earlier. I whispered this to Peter and Sirius.
"For heaven's sake, Rayn, are you a witch or not?" Peter took his queue when Rayn's hair went half pink and half red.
She pointed her wand at herself and said "Windargium Leviosa!" She was flying higher, following the tip of her wand, she then zoomed out of the Great Hall.
I put on my best acting and sighed. "Now you've done it, Remus. C'mon Sirius, we'd better go help her." He nodded at me and we ran out of the Great Hall, heading for the Slytherin Common Room.

Sirius's POV
I watched as Rayn pulled a pin from her hair, and started thoroughly scanning the wall."But the Slytherin common room won't be locked with an actual lock," James said, "it'll be -"
"Magical. I know," Rayn interrupted, "but I also know that Dumbledore put a lock on here just in case. He didn't quite trust the whole of Slytherin house at the time, and he's kept it on ever since. Ah ha! Found it!" She slipped the pin into the small keyhole and wiggled it for a bit. A door swung open.
My eyes widened. "Quick James! The Cloak!" I hissed at him. I saw someone in the Slytherin Common Room. After two seconds, we were all huddled under the Invisibility Cloak, moving into the Slytherin Common Room. A girl with wild black hair was coming straight for us and we moved out of the way just in time, narrowly missing not only her, but the sofa too.
