After 3 years...
Everyone is now grown-up. Luhan still can't forget what happened 3 years ago. He didn't have a girlfriend anymore. He went outside and strolled around. He went to the mountains.
At the mountains...
In the mountains Luhan was just getting some fresh air and he saw a small house and there was a girl feeding her dog. The girl looked like Yoona. The girl looked at the direction where Luhan is at and they saw each other. The girl went a little closer to see who is it and Luhan saw Yoona.
Yoona ran to him and Luhan also did. They hugged each other and they were smiling.
"Yoona. Saranghae." Luhan said
"Saranghae." Yoona replied
«Flashback [three years ago]»
"Doctor. Please tell my friend who bought me here that I already died." Yoona said after the surgery
"Ne." The doctor said and went out
«End of Flashback»
The End.
