Chapter 19

It's been a hectic few weeks for me. I'm sorry for not uploading much but I'm trying my best to upload whenever I am able to. Just work has been draining me unfortunately. But this was a lovely surprise to see my book get to 2k votes! You all are amazing.

Chapter 19

I was frozen, I could not move. I was in that much of a shock. How can he have already found me, I mean I knew I had less than a week for him to find me but it hasn't even been 4 DAYS! and he is here. I knew he could see in my eyes all the emotions I was feeling from scared to angry. He had the nerve to fucking smirk at me. This dick knew I could wipe that smirk off his face with a single punch.

I pushed his hands off my arms and moved back away from him so I could give myself some space, he was to close for my liking. I switched all my emotions off and put my poker face up so he couldn't use my emotions as a way to get to me emotionally. I knew he was up to something otherwise he wouldn't have gotten here so quick.

I gave him a quick scan over to see if he was armed, he had a 3 piece grey suit on with a white shirt and a black tie paired with black shoes. I had a feeling he had his gun in the back of his trouser waistband so that it was not as obvious. He would never be unarmed anywhere he went. I looked back up into his eyes which held amusement.

"Sophia my love, did you miss me? I know that I missed you" he spoke softly whilst stepping forward towards me and raising his hand to cup the side of my face.

I knew him to well so, If I flinched he would know I was scared of him so I stood my ground and gave him the deadliest glare I could muster up in the current inner turmoil my emotional state was in.

"No I didn't miss you Axel, you know damn well I hate you after all that you did to me. Do you really think that I would miss you after that!" I told him. 

The hand of his that was on the side of my face moved towards my chin, grabbed it and yanked me closer to his face.

I saw his ocean blue eyes holding anger in them, the same eyes I used to be in love with. Such beautiful eyes yet the intent behind them so ugly.

"Sophia, Sophia, Sophia I hope you remember all those lovely times spent together." He said in the most softest tone which to anybody else listening it would be two lovers sharing a secret but really it was just a hidden threat. "Now I do not want to use force but you and me both know I will if you do not come with me now!" His tone got louder and his hold on my chin tighter.

"Fucking hell get off me,you are hurting me!" I yelled at him and shoved him hard away from me. "Have you no fucking sense, I told you I am not going anywhere with you! Don't you dare come into my school and try to threaten me! I don't give a damn if we had a past it's the past for a reason, move on and get the fuck out of my life!"

I was getting angrier and angrier with with every word he spoke. My hands were forming into fists and I could see Axel glance down at them quickly and back to my face. He knew I couldn't control myself once I've reached a certain point.

He just had no idea what was coming for him so there was an element of surprise. I kneed his balls and punched him in the nose using all my strength. He fell to the floor in front of me and behind his back I saw the gun he was hiding.

I flipped his suit jacket up and grabbed the gun from his waistband,stepped back and twirled the gun around in my fingers waiting for his ass to get back up.

He looked up and saw his gun in my hand and tried to get up and grab it from me. I kicked him back to the floor. "Nuh uh, I don't think so" I smirked at him. Finally feeling in control again.

"If you know what's good for you, you best run as fast as your little legs can carry you. You have a minute before I get up and drag your ass with me back home, you hear me Sophia." He spoke slowly and tersely.

I knew he was restraining himself since I had the gun in hand but as soon as my back turned away from him he'll come for me. I wasn't going to be taken by him again. Even though I could finish him with a single bullet from his own gun, I will not let him ruin my life as he's done before.

Sending a bullet through his head would nonetheless certify me a one way ticket to prison. I'd be happy doing time for killing him if I had no dreams of becoming successful, but I ain't about to waste my life away like I already have before.

So instead of backing down and running like he expected me to, I stayed still in front of him waiting for his minute to be up so I could beat his ass and send him back to where he came from.

"Do you really think you are in the position to be threatening me Axel?" I laughed at him whilst twirling the gun around my finger.

He looked at the gun and then back at my face where I gave him the deadest stare that everyone hated even my mum.

"How about I give you a minute to get the fuck up and walk away from all this and me. Never come back again or I'll make sure a bullet is resting between those eyes of yours." I spoke to him with no emotion.
