"Kiba?" You ask the Inuzuka. You gently shook his shoulders. You touched his face, specifically his cheek.
Cold.
His skin was as cold as ice and you flinched at how freezing it was. "Kiba?!" You ask again, but no reply was given. You had found him on the blood soaked grass, scratched and torn up. You were on a mission with him and you had asked for him to wait for you while you went to get some herbs for Sakura and the medical team. "Kiba! This isn't funny!" You said more hoarsely. He still didn't reply.
His arm was broken and blood ran from the middle of his forehead and down each side of his nose. His clawed fingernails were chipped and some were even ripped off. One of his fangs were bloodied while the other was missing. Unfortunately, you weren't a medical ninja and had no experience with any medical ninjutsu. The only thing you knew was the herbs you occasionally searched for.
"Please Kiba, please. Wake up." You pleaded. Akamaru was nowhere in sight. You're not sure whether he was taken or was chasing down the enemy. No, that can't be it. Akamaru would never leave Kiba's side, if he did he would've went searching for you, not the enemy.
