"You're going to be late for school!" Mom yells from downstairs.
"I don't care!" I yell back, putting my pillow over my head.
"Well you better! Cause finals are today!"
My eyes widen and I franticly get up while my mom laughs.
I throw the shortest skirt I can find to piss off my teachers and a tight blouse to top it off. I grab my boyfriend's jacket. Grab a box of mints and my makeup kit. I sprint downstairs and grab a granola bar.
"Wait!" My mom yells, her eyes filled with worry.
"You forgot your backpack." She says all the while smirking.
"Whatever." I say flinging it over my shoulder.
"You could at least be THANKFUL!" She yells as I walk toward the bus sign.
I sit down, wondering why the bus isn't here. Maybe it crashed.. or flipped over and their unable to- stop it! Ugh. Always thinking of the negative.
The bus pulls up after a few minutes and I look up from my phone.

"Lila! Lila! Come sit by me!" Someone yells. I walk by the bus driver as he's saying something about a different route but I ignore it being the blonde I was. (NO OFFENSE TO BLONDES I AM A TRUE BLOND TOO!
)I stick my tongue out knowing too well that I was well known in the school. I make my way through the backpacks and spot my Kai through the crowd. His unkept brown hair and his white shirt pressing against his abs with his slightly ripped jeans makes me blush. He smiles and mouths the words, Baby. I blush once more and sit next to him inching my skirt up a little bit more than it already was.
"I hate these school uniforms." I say while leaning my head against his shoulder. I look outside and see that we're taking a different route today.
"I wish my girlfriend had a skirt that short." I heard a guy say from the back of the bus.

Kai immediately stands up and jumps over me. At the worst time the bus takes a swift turn and everyone screams, including you.  The bus rightens and you take a sigh of relief. Then the bus flips over.

Kai falls over to the side and I see window particles flying toward all of the kids and adults on the bus. It's as if time froze. I look around seeing Kai halfway out of the window and half way in the school bus. The kids around me have eyes wider than the Grand Canyon. I turn to my right and see my best friend, tears running down her face and I look down and see a cuts on her arms and legs. A tear of my own falls down my cheek. But then it's as if time was saying, "okay, that's enough."

The window particles fly out and hit me and the rest of the people on the bus. I never buckle in and now I regret it. Some of the kids fly up into the air and some don't. My head hits the metal roof and I pass out, my last glance of where Kai sat.

Sorry about the short chapter! I just wanted to end it on a cliff hanger. :) point out any mistakes! And can y'all make a name for me?
