Chapter 14

RECAP

No more men, I killed them all. Two hours and they were still going at it... Sure I had maybe a few hundered more scars to count now... But I protected her... She wa safe down here. I went upstairs and, threw my mini dagger, and it his Heads leg... He fell to the floor, pulling it out. I smirked, I guess he did not expect me to live through all of those men...

She had no clue what was about to happen... And little did I know, is that she would actually win with all of those men... Time for plan B

~~~~~Gabby's P.O.V.~~~~~

I knew Erin was safe, so I trumped upstairs. It was time for this man to die... I wanted to be free... Free from the world, and protect my loved ones. And return the kids to their parents, who miss them dearly... I grabbed my katana, and looked at him. Knowing hte wound was already heeled, I let him get up. This was my giht, and no one elses...

I trumped over there, getting ready to fight. Attaining my movements, keeping a steady pace... Waiting for the percise moment. Let him attack first until he is tired. He has been fighting for two hours, so surely he is tired. Block every move. Pivet your foot 45 degrees. Stay focused. I breathed, and stood my ground. I was tossed my armor, and slipped it on. I chose a specific sword. One that can cut through our armor, the only thing that can penitrate it...

I breathed and loked at him. He will attack, he always makes the first move. Be patient. My palms started getting sweaty. I clenched onto my sword, and breathed. Two minutes have passes just looking at each other. I was getting antsy. Any time now... I loosened my grip and switched the blade to my dominate hand. He knew that meant I was serious. Or that I just had sweaty hands. For this instance, it was both. His breathing was fast. He was slowly studying me. Weak points, none. Strong points, all... Except. No do not think...

I looked at him, and I knew he was ready to pounce. He saw no reason in studying me any longer... He saw no flaws... Like I see him. His only flaw is his leg now. I severed a tendon, that takes two weeks to fully heal. And he knew this. And he was angry. His aim was always off when he was angry. Less contrintation for him. So I needed him angry...

I stood, and he pounced... The clash of our swords rang in my ears. The silence was threatening. All you could hear were the clashes of our swords... I got his face, right on the cheek. I was going to pull out my second sword, which he knew was deadly. I have never used my second sword fully. Just as a sideline. I would always have it in my hand, but would only use if necassary...

He blocked me from getting my other sword. so I had to fake a mistake... I preteneded to almost drop my sword, while pulling out the other. Blocking his wing to get me... Honestly, I was just bored now... I heard little pitter patter of footsteps coming upstairs. No!!! Erin... Crap, what to do. My concentration was off, and I knew I had to protect her... I started backing up, to bring the fight closer to Aaron... I had to tell him to stop her. Instead he just moved away from me. Can he make this anymore difficult. He was the one supposed to be fighting him anyways...

I looked out of the corner of my eyes,a nd saw her about to open the door. My face was cut open, and it healed. Only a little blood came out... I ran to the door, keeping my body to it. Trying to stop her form coming out... She was a persistant child... I held for about 30 minutes. But she kept trying. She finally pushed the door open, and I fell knocking head down with me. I panicked. I quickly got up, trying to protect her form anything that could put her in harms way...

Head charged for me, and grabbed his second sword. He was weaker with two... But he put the force of both swords against mine... The screeching of medal, really annoyed the hell out of me. I pushed harder and harder, whenever I felt as if he would get stronger... I kicked him to the floor, sending him flying back around 5 feet. I opened the door, and tossed her back in the house. She has no clue what danger she was in...

He stood his ground, and I stood mine. I had to wait again... He already had sweat piling up on him, while I. Was still nice and cool, not even out of breath. I swear, was this man evil... She opened the door again, but screaming this time... I swirled around and cut a mans head off... He had other men, but where? She ran to her brother, and stayed there. She would be safe there too... I turned back around, and charged this time...

I wa sick of wasting time. I began, fighting harder this time. Putting my all into it... I had to win... I knew he was not alone, witht eh evil part. I just wanted to kill off one of hte branches of evil. Whoever he worked for, I was going to take that man down as well... I broke one of his swords into a million peices. I just remembered, that I had weapons in my shoes made for ocassoins just like this. He ran at me this time. And I blocked his only sword with my two. I clicked the button with my heel and the little knifes launched out... I kicked him in the leg, and dragged the knife through his leg.

He fell down, and bloodgushed out of his leg... I just cut his quad in half. He was done... Finally done... I was going to enjoy this kill. My mother handed me my sword tha tI got just for him... The kill just for him, the only kill that will ever be made with this sword. His blood will dry on it, and stay like that... I pointed the knife to an angle, and I sliced him in half... He was finally dead... And I could finally be free... Everyone sighed in relief, like a huge burden as taken off of them all... We were all free. I think... Erin stayed outside, and looked at me... 

Erin: You were very strong today... You saved us all...

I smiled, and nodded. I could hear something, but the wind was in the way of the noise. I sharpened my hearing and it came into sight. An arrow aiming right for Erin...
