Chapter 2: Another of the kind of magic

Green of high

"Hey Bea." Said Carly that morning at school

It was going to be a very busy and hectic day by the looks of it. There was a lot going on at green of high. With sports, clubs and subjects. Sometimes Bea just she could use magic to try and limit this. But no, she had to be careful when she uses the necklace. 

At least that's what everyone else in her life kept telling her. She was really tired of hearing this q pure.  There was always a light that glowed from the necklace when she wished something so it was highly possible for someone to see her

"Where we're you yesterday? Cloe I wanted you to come with us to this big sale at the mall yesterday. We tried calling you,  but you wouldn't answer."

Cloe continued flipping her brown hair back and then staring at Bea  with her brown eyes that matched her coloured complexion

"I must have left my phone at home. "  she said remembering it last being on her desk when Cody was tutoring her.
"Where had you gone?"

"I was taking a walk with Cody."

"Looks like someone is spending a lot of time with her boyfriend." Cloe teased after overhearing their conversation and had come over to where they were.

"No I'm not.  I mean he was tutoring me and it suddenly turned into a date."

"Oh really?" Cloe looked at her with her grey eyes.

Just when Carly was about to say something,  she saw something that caught her eyes. This gave her an agape for a second.  She nudged Cloe who was beside her.

"What?" Cloe asked decisively.

 "Look." She pointed whispering.

 
Cloe looked at what she was staring at. This also made her to have an agape  but the  she got a frightened expression. In her mind,  she was asking herself "What is going on?"

"I'm so sorry you guys. I really wanted to go to the mall..."Bea stopped talking when  she realized the expressions know Cloe and Carly. She noticed they were staring at her necklace.  She slowly bend down her head and saw she necklace glowing.  See gasped.  Then she stared at her friends. What in the world was happening?

"Quick. Put it in my back pack.  Before someone sees it." Cloe said.

She decisively put the necklace in her back pack. But it was no use. The light was still showing.  No one seemed to not I've anything yet. But they had to make sure it stayed like that way.

"Now what do we do?" Bea said bewildered. She couldn't really think straight because she was really panicking.  At that time, she really wished she had Cody's genius. They were in the hallway and Carly had noticed that her locker wasn't so far from where they were standing.

"Let's go put it in my locker." She said before she yanked Bea running to open her locker. The light wasn't sowing anymore once they got the backpack in the locker.

"Oooh! That was intense." Said Cloe touching her red hot face.

She could imagine how much chaos it would have been if someone found out that something such as she necklace of desires existed.

"Okay.  Why is your necklace glowing?" asked Carly 

"I have no idea." She replied

"Come on. You've got to have a clue. What about the book that your mom left you? Does it say anything about this?" asked Carly.
