Song: High school musical 2: all for one
"Yes madam. That's all interrogated." She muttered looking at the script she got from the drama club before she opened the door to enter her house.
She continued on staring at the script. She had to nail this role. It was one of the important roles in the drama club. Plus, even more importantly, on the day of the drama show, there was going to be quite a few drama directors looking for talent. This meant if she nails this, she could be discovered.
She was about to climb the stairs when she heard someone clear his throat. She slowly gazed up and saw Tom, who was standing in the middle of the living room, wearing a black suit, along with a royal blue tie, with black shoes and a white hemp and his blonde jelled hair was combed back. He looked handsome. Way too handsome like he was going to a royal ball.
"Wow! Where are you going?" She asked
"Out with Lyla. How do I look?" He asked
"Handsome." She smiled
"I have to go. You'll be fine right?"
"Yes. You just have fun. Don't worry about me."
She was really happy to see Tom this happy. And now that he and Lyla were going on romantic dates, their relationship was getting more and more serious. She just hoped they wouldn't get married for a long time. She still couldn't stand the idea of her boyfriend being her step brother.
Beatrice sat in her room after Tom had left. She took out the book about the necklace and started paging through it. After what had happened at school, she realized how important it was for her to know the whole of it.
She got tired after she read about thirty pages of it and stopped. She sighed with boredom. She stood up from the desk she had been sitting at and went to her bedroom window. She started to gaze around her neighbourhood. She looked slightly to the right and saw a few people jogging. She looked to the left and saw kids playing soccer in the middle of the street.
"She's a pretty good kicker." She thought looking at one of the players. Then suddenly, something happened that made her gasp. Someone kicked the ball really hard that it was flying in the air, coming straight to her bedroom window. She hesitated to move. She held her necklace and wished for the ball to freeze.
The children who were playing soccer were amazed when they suddenly saw the ball freeze in the air. They couldn't see what happened for it to freeze. They didn't notice any sign of a glowing light coming from Bea's room when she wished. Their eyes were just focused on the ball that suddenly froze in the sky.
"Man! Am I such an idiot! She thought realizing that she was using the necklace impulsively. She quickly wished for the ball to unfreeze. It immediately fell to the ground. The children were still amazed.
She heard one of the kids saying "Did you see that?" But after some few minutes, they went back to playing almost like nothing ever happened. She sighed with relieve and stepped away from the window. She heard the doorbell ring from downstairs. She quickly rushed down and opened the door.
"Hey girl." Carly said. Her friends had come to visit her.
"Oh, I am so happy to see you guys." She cried. She was so bored that she was so happy to have company.
"Wow! Your dad's out with Cody's mom and you're home alone?" Cloe repeated the things she told them when they asked why she was so happy to see them.
"Wow is their relationship so serious." Carly stated and continued hoping not to upset Bea "Aren't you scared that Cody might become your step...."
