No one understands the silence behind my words,

 No one understands the sadness behind my smile

No one understands those unspoken feelings of mine

They think I'm fine, only I know daily I'm dying.

I want to be happy again,

I want to relive those moments.

I'm sick of wearing a fake smile,

I.m waiting for you to make me smile again.

I'm here in the dark waiting.

Feeling incomplete, incompetent, inadequate.

All my dreams yet to become a reality

But then I see you and hope returns.

Slowly reaching for completion but not quite getting it,

i'm not good at dependency so don't let me down.

I'm here waiting for you to save me,

So please, save me from the darkness

Save me from myself.
