About an hour later we finally arrive at school. I walk to my usual spot in my homeroom class before the bell. I put in my earbuds and sigh "Maybe today wont be that bad?" I say to myself hoping it was true.
The bell rings after what seemed like a century. Furs start walking into the room in there usual group and sitting in there usual spots. I hope James is in my homeroom I think while I stare at the door. The teacher walks in a few minutes later and I sigh Of course he wouldn't...Im not thay lucky. "Quite down Everyone" The teacher said, Soon after the going ftom a scilent roar, To dead science. "I hope you all had a good weekend and-" I sigh The same 'Hope you had a good weekend" rant I think zoning out for the rest of homeroom
Every class I had in the morning I stared at the door hoping for James to walk through them, Which he didnt. Maybe we can hang out at lunch? I say trying tk cheer myself up which clearly wasnt working.
At lunch I go to the cafeteria and sit at a table with Sarah. "Hey..." I say ad I sit down "Hey! So...Is Jamie in any of your morning classes???" She looks at me exsited "Nope..." I pull out some music Im working on. "Awwwe...Boring! Why dose the c
School do this!" She yells to the roof "Quite down...Your always the loudest here" Then out of the corner of my eye I see James walking towards us "Hey guys" He sits next to me "Hey hey!" Sarah yells again "I would have never found you guys if Sarah hadn't yelled" I giggle softly "Yea...Thats the best way to find her...Shes always been a loud mouth..." Sarah looks at me annoyed "What are you saying?!?" "That your loud" I respond. James starts laughing and I giggle a bit. "Wheres your food Tek? Don't have money or forgot it?" He says before he starts eating. "Oh I Don-" I say before I am cut off by sarah "He dosnt eat brekfast or lunch" "Oh...I see..." James says as he finises up eating with sarah. "Yea..." I say right before the bell rings.
The same thing happend this Afternoon, No James...Just me, I sigh. Just me and my thoughts i guess.
Thd final bell rings and I pack my stuff heading for the bus sitting beside sarah "Where is James?" I ask her when I sit "He gets a ride after schools. "Oh..." I sigh and look down a bit disappointed. "Dont worry, He thinks your cool" She trys cheeting me up. "Okay..." I sigh and the rest of thr ride is akward sculence.
Walking home, I notice some smoke coming from my backyard like a fire. What is my dad doing now. I say going to investigate.
