But as time goes on so does life. So Adriano and the guys had to get back to business. As I climbed into the bed. I curled up under the blanket...and willed myself to go to sleep without Adriano.

And just as I was about to drift off into darkness...

Someone bust through the door letting it fly back and hit the wall. I shot up in my bed and turned the lamp on beside me, knowing it was not Adriano.

I gasped as I looked at the intruder.

"Alex...."

Gianna Pov~ 

As I stared at my brother in complete shock. He remained planted by the door his gaze never left mine. His breathe is gone as he tries to catch it. I slowly got out the bed and walked over to him he took a step back as I approached him. 

Someone approached from beside him and I saw Yana and Leena. "What's going on?" I asked my nerves kicking in as I saw their demeanor. "What are you doing here Alex?" I asked while he he seemed to ignore my questions. He looked behind him and back at me. "Where is Ariano?" He finally spoke up. I shook my head in confusion "He's in his office." I answered. Alex looked really shaken up, I have never seen him like this. He was always hard and had control of his emotions, like any Mafia boss should. But he looked scared out of his mind. 

"I have to talk to him Gia. Right now" He said his face showing how urgent the situation is. I nodded my head and looked at Leena and Yana. I gave them a questioning look. They shook their heads "We will explain later." Yana said. 

I grabbed Alex's hand and lead him down to the next floor that Adriano's office was on. Yana and Leena followed us. As I approached the door I knocked before I called out "Adriano it's me." 

I heard a deep voice say "Come in." I opened the large door and all eyes landed on me before they saw Alex then everyone's eyes turned to him, their faces murderous and a hand on their guns just in case. I raised my hand and stood in front of Alex. "That will not be necessary. He is hear to talk." I commanded with a stern look on my face. Everyone reluctantly let go of their weapon but their expressions never changed. 

Adriano never took his eyes off Alex. "I have some news that I think you would be interested in hearing. All of you." Alex said eyeing Matteo, Giovanni, Luca, Stefano, and Niccolo 

"How did you even get in here." Adriano growled out, his eyes held fire. Leena stepped forward with a guilt on her face. "Yana and I let him in." She said sheeply. Yana smacked her arm. Matteo and Giovanni stared down their significant others. 

"Okay, you have 5 minutes." Adriano said sitting down in his chair, bringing his right ankle on top of his left right. Adriano nodded towards Alex. Alex stepped closer, standing aller now. 

"My father paid me a visit this morning. He wishes for me to help him in killing you and Gia." Alex glanced at me from the corner of his eye. My stomach dropped as I heard this. 

"He has plans with your father to annihilate everyone in this room. Of course my fucking father never told me exactly what the plan was but he told me be ready and wait for his call. He is planning on invading your territory and estate." Alex bit out every word. Hating every thing about the situation. Every man had a murderous look on their faces. All of them combined did not compare to Adriano's hard as a rock face. His hand was fisted so hard it was turning white.
