As Laurance strolled up the stairs of the ship, he saw a village. His feet quickly sprinted to the village he saw from afar. The town seemed beautiful in the distance, but not quiet.Once Laurance saw the sign 'Phoenix Drop, New York', he realized that Aaron Lycan was present there. He smiled of the thought of seeing him.
He was shoved by other people trying to get past. It wasn't their fault, it was his. He gazed at the beautiful chiseled towers, houses, and structures. The establishment was graceful. Laurance scurried across the concrete, and made his way through the crowd. Hands clenched together, he spotted his idol; Aaron Lycan.
He breathed slow. Then gave himself a fake smile. . .

1776, Ru'an, Phoenix Drop.
"Pardon me," Laurance said, pushing his way to Aaron. He pressed Aaron's shoulder once, and he turned around. The crowd around them soon walked away in different directions."Are you Aaron Lycan, sir?"
"Oh, that depends. . . Who's asking?" He said, showing sincerely no emotion. Laurance stepped back a foot.
"Oh! Sure, sir!" He replied, clapping his hands together."I'm Laurance Zvahl, I'm at your service sir, I have been looking for you."
"I'm getting nervous. . ." Lycan cautiously stated. Laurance cringed. He couldn't believe he just made his idol uncomfortable!
"Sir, I heard your name in Meteli. I was seeking an accelerated course of study, when I got out of sort out of sorts with a buddy of yours. I may have punched. . . It's a blur, sir! He handles the financials...?"
Aaron stared at Zvahl for a while, if he was thinking."You punched the bursar." He finally said.
Laurance thought for a second, then nodded. "Yes! I wanted to do what you did. Graduate in two, then join the revolution! He looked at me like I was stupid—I'm not stupid. So how'd 'ya do it? How'd you graduate so fast?"
Aaron sighed. He gave Laurance a weak smile,"It was my parents' dying wish before they passed."
The brunette's face lit up, smiling truly now."You're an orphan! Of course! I'm an orphan! Irene, I wish there was a war. Then we could prove that we're worth more than anyone bargained for."
"Can I buy you a drink?" Asked Aaron.
"That would be nice . . ." Laurance shrugged, trying to act as cool as he can. Even though he wanted to scream YES!, he shook his head.
"While we're talking, 'lemme offer you some free advice," Aaron stated. And they quickly drifted to a nearby bar. It wasn't crowded, thank Irene. It was perfect for them to talk.
They sat down at a table that would fit 5 people.
"Talk less," Lycan said once they sat down.
Laurance looked puzzled. "What?"
"Smile more," Lycan smiled, pointing to the corner of his lips. Laurance laughed."Don't let them know what you're against, or what you're for."
"You can't be serious." Laurance says, crossing his arms.
"You wanna get ahead?"
"Yes." The orphan man nodded.
"Fools who run their mouths off wind up dead." Aaron sighed. He then quickly shot up his head to the door at the sound of this particular noise—a laughing noise. He mouthed, Oh no..
