Chapter 4 and were on a roll. Neat little rhyme for you readers. Anyways nothing new except I've betten Bloodborne and now can focus on the story a bit more. Enjoy!

James and Andrea stood ready to fight to the very last breath. This wasn't some ordinary skirmish for a world takeover. This was to protect Dragonia and possible many other worlds as well. It was their duty, their sworn oath to protect their home no matter the cost. They would give up their lives for their home.

Black and red energy started surrounding their swords. "Hell Gate Breaker!" they shouted together before spinning around and firing a giant beam of black and red energy together that plowed through the shielding and the ship. The ship had been blown away by the powerful wave of demonic energy but what was behind it had nearly dropped the wavering spirits of the two Knights. But James refused to give in. He hadn't made it this far by giving up and calling it quits.

"Let it be known now that it took all of your thousands of warships to defeat two Knights of Dragonia with no army! Let it be known that not one of you will live when I've drawn this body's final breath!" James shouted as if he would be heard from the void.

Andrea smiled as he spoke. He always had a way with words. Hell, he could get a old deaf man to pick up a sword and fight for a cause. He ran his sword across his gauntlet, causing sparks to run off the metal as he lowered himself to the ground. Andrea flourished her blade and took her stance. They fired wave after wave towards any ship but using the Hell Gate Breaker so many times one after the other took it's toll on Andrea's body.

She could only manage a dozen waves before becoming exhausted but James was a never ending font of energy and continued to send waves, beams, and giant spheres all while roaring with each attack. But it barely seemed to put a dent in their numbers. James had stopped a moment to survey the army when another ship suddenly appeared outta warp space in front of them. Then many more appeared than easily outnumbered them. James knew the ships by heart. It was the Epsilon and other war ships of Dragonia.

The cannons started firing at full power. It was than followed by the thousands upon hundred thousands of ships that started to fire on the smaller ships. The Epsilon opened a hatch that the two Knights took no time in wasting getting into. James sent his armor back into the Void and then helped Andrea get out of hers hurriedly. After that, they quickly headed to the CD where Sygmir, Blaze, Thunder, Aqua, Dusk, Snowflake, and Gravel were giving orders. James ignored them when he started giving out his orders.

"Dillon, I want a update in five. Ethan," James drew the sword from his sheath and handed it to a man with light brown hair and wearing the standard soldier outfit. "Take this to R&D, find out what these marking means and also what it is made out of."

"Yes sir." the man took the sword and left the CD.

"Get the Mac Cannon ready to fire in the next thirty seconds!"

"Pre-prepped and ready to fire." said Dillon.

James was on a roll. Far to into it to notice his siblings, master, and girlfriend behind him watching as he got into fight mode. It took many hours but with careful strategic plans and perfect aim the enemy ships were destroyed except for a few considered lucky who managed to escape.

"Track down the one's who escaped, follow them back to their home world." ordered Sygmir.

James had retreated into the comfort of his chair with Andrea sitting next to the left arm of the chair and her head resting on his leg. James was mentally exhausted, Andrea was both mentally and physically tired. But knowing that they were safe and sound gave her enough strength to kiss his hand and hold it. Dusk and Snowflake scowled as the two warriors who were smiling dreamily at each other. Not the love struck kind but the kind that said I'm glad that you're alive, kind of look.
