When We Rise(Completed)

~2 Weeks Later, Baby Day #2~

~Nity's POV~

I woke up today with a feeling that something was going to happen today, weather, that something is good or bad, I guess I'll have to wait to find that out. I sighed before looking at the clock and getting out of bed taking a shower, leaving Chibs to sleep a little longer. I took my shower before getting out and pulling on my long white strapless dress with flowers scattered through it. I pulled on my white and brown flip flops before finishing my morning things, I brushed my teeth and blow dried my hair before putting it up in a messy bun and starting my make-up. I applied a thin layer of black eyeliner, and some mascara keeping it simple knowing that anything could happen at any time with this baby of mine. I looked in the mirror once more to see Chibs standing behind me, I smiled and he came over wrapping his arms around my waist and kissing my neck. I smiled at our reflection in the mirror, letting out a relaxed sigh, leaning my head against his shoulder. He began rocking us side to side almost like a dance placing his hands on my belly as our baby kicked. I couldn't help but smile and think about how perfect everything is, how perfect everything will become once this baby is born. Chibs and I were pulled from our thoughts by a knock on our bedroom door, Chibs started his shower. I sighed opening the door to see Kerri standing there with a small shy smile on her face.

"Morning Kerri, is everything alright?"

She nodded her head.

"Yeah, I was just wondering if I could go with you and Da to the club."

"Well yeah, I don't see why not, but why do you want to go there?"

"I met someone from the club, and I really like him, he's different."

I smiled nodding my head.

"Alright, yeah, just don't tell your dad, he'll probably try to kill him, also when you and I get a chance I need you to tell me who it is, I just want to make sure that he's worth the fight."

"Alright, thanks Serenity."

I nodded my head.

"No problem hun, your dad and I'll meet you in the living room when we're ready to go, you can ride with me in the truck."

"Thanks again."

I nodded my head closing the door, going to the bathroom to see Chibs wrapping a towel around his waist. I shook my head before letting out a sigh, he gave me a confused worried look walking towards me.

"What's wrong?"

"Kerri, is coming with us, and I shouldn't be telling you this, and if you tell her I told you I'll castrate you in your sleep."

"Alright, what's goin on lass?"

I sighed.

"Kerri's in love with one of the guys, I'm not sure which one she didn't tell me, however I told her that I would take care of it, that she couldn't tell you because you'd freak so you can't say anything alright?"

"Alright, just let me know which guy it is, if I know he's bad I'll just say I saw the way she was looking at him and explain that he's a piece of shit."

I laughed, nodding my head.

"Alright, thanks Chibs."

"No problem, I'm just glad to see you two getting along, and her trusting you."

I smiled.

"Yeah me too."

He gave me a quick kiss before pulling on his boxers and his usual dark wash jeans, with a black t-shirt, and his cut along with two guns. He then brushed his teeth and slicked back his peppered hair using his crew molding gel and washing the rest off his hands. When he was done he took my hand and we met up with Kerri in the living room, she gave us a smile before following us out. Chibs kissed my cheek and went to his cycle while Kerri and I hopped into my truck following Chibs to TM. We soon pulled into the lot and Kerri hopped out, she went over and I instantly noticed how she gravitated towards the boxers rink. I looked and saw Half-Sac fight Tig and beat the shit out of him in front of Venus, I shook my head knowing that Tig must've done something to piss him off. Chibs came over wrapping his arm around my shoulder watching the fight, I tapped his hand making him look at me before I pointed to Kerri. He signed as he saw her looking at Half-Sac and knew that there was nothing he could do, Sac's a good guy. Once he finds his ol' lady I know he'll be faithful to her and I think Chibs knows that too and that's why he's not that mad. I looked at Chibs and he smiled at me before kissing my forehead and going to walk into the club. I grabbed his wrist with wide eyes shaking my head as I felt something trickle down my legs. He placed his hand on my elbow to steady me as a contraction came feeling like one major menstrual cramp.

"Chibs, it's happening, I'm having this baby."

He nodded his head lifting me from the ground and running to his cycle, he rushed me to the hospital leaving Kerri at the club knowing that she would be okay. We soon arrived at the hospital and my contractions were getting worse, he lifted me from the seat and carried me through the doors. A nurse came over with a wheelchair saying that someone already called, they took me up to my room. I sat there for two hours waiting for my doctor to tell me that I was fully dilated and able to push. When I was finally able to I knew that something was wrong because I could feel my heart stop, Chibs looked at the doctor.

"What's going on."

"I think the umbilical cord is wrapped around the baby's neck, every time she pushes it cuts off the baby's air and stops her heart. We have to do an emergency C-section, otherwise we could lose them both, get scrubbed up, be ready, we go in five."

I laid there scared to death as Chibs kissed my forehead.

"I love you, and I'll see you in five."

I nodded my head as the nurses prepared me and Chibs came back ready to hold my hand through this whole process. We were taken down to one of the emergency rooms where they did an emergency C-section bringing my gorgeous baby girl into the world. She was handed to me while the doctors stitched me up, it took me awhile, I just looked at her gorgeous face seeing brown fuzz on her head. I just looked at her, I just looked at how beautiful and innocent she was, how amazing this little girl that I had brought into this world was. I smiled down at her with small tears in my eyes, I looked up at Chibs and smiled to see him in the same state as me.

"How does Chloe Marie Telford sound?"

He sighed looking at me.

"Can we think on it a bit?"

I nodded my head.

"Yeah, yeah we can."

"Can I give an idea?"

I nodded my head looking at him like he was crazy.

"Of course, what did you have in mind?"

"Elora Marie Telford."

I smiled.

"I like it, it's definitely on the list."

He laughed.

"Oh, so we have a list now?"

"Yep."

He shook his head, and went back to thinking as he gently laid on the bed next to me, we looked at the beautiful baby girl that seemed so tiny in my arms.

"What about Paisley Marie Telford?"

"I don't think so."

He sighed and we both went back to thinking.

"Okay, I have one..."

He looked at me, waiting.

"Trinity Marie Telford."

He smiled.

"You like it more than Elora?"

He shook his head.

"No, I love the name Elora, but whatever you choose I'll be happy with, hell I got to name Kerri, and I plan on doing everything different this time around. You name her and I'll love her no matter what her name is, as long as she has my last name we're good."

I smiled nodding my head.

"Then I guess we have it, Elora Marie Telford."

He smiled giving me a kiss as our little girl was taken for her physical and I was told to get some rest, Chibs followed Elora, and said that he was going to sleep on the couch. That way when he wakes up he can go check on Kerri, make sure she's good, with that I fell asleep knowing that tomorrow I start my journey as a mother.
