Chapter 19

I stood against the door stunned. Did Jeff like me? No wait. Did I like Jeff? Different questions ran through my head but the one that kept me thinking was; What was he doing now? What would I say when he comes back. Did he mean it? It felt so passionate and real and I admit I kind liked it. I have never had a kiss like that even with any of my past boyfriends.

I forgot about Sarah until she came to thought. She's a killer too and she's going out with one. I should just ask her. Even though I was fighting with her I needed help and after all she is my best friend.

The phone rang on until she answered. "Hello?" She said.

"Hey, Sarah." I said uneasily because I didn't know if she wanted to be my friend after what happened, and I did screamed at her to get out if my house.

"Lily?"

"It's me something uhh happened."

"Oh did you throw Jeff out too?"

"How do you know that Jeff isn't in?"

"He's in my house with Ben."

"Oh well, I'm sorry for earlier I'm just hormonal with the babies and stuff and I just, well I was a little pissed that you never told me because I told you everything! And we even talked about how I was about to become a killer and you- you never told me."

"Yeah Lily I'm sorry too, guess I should've told you about me and Ben and all." She didn't sound very enthusiastic when she was talking to me but I carried on,

"Is Jeff in there with you?"

"No he's upstairs with Ben, why?"

"Okay So when you left me and Jeff, well we kind of kissed."

"What!" She said she sounded more enthusiastic now that there was something going on.

I explained in detail everything that happened between me and Jeff. She listened on the other end occasionally gasping.

"So? What will I do." I asked her hoping she could help me find out weather Jeff liked me or not.

"I don't know. I mean Jeff- Jeff's had a girlfriend before but that ended badly."

"Wait Jeff had a girlfriend! Who!"

"She was a bitch really, well anyway Jeff met her when he was normal if you know what I mean and he went insane and tried to kill her. But she came back and turned into a killer. Her and Jeff got together but the only reason she wanted to be with him was so she could kill him and we'll obviously they broke up and she's out there but she doesn't bother with us anymore."

"Oh, so what was her name?"

"Jane the killer."

"Oh, I've never heard of her."

"Anyway so do you like Jeff?"

"Uhh well yeah." This was the first time I had admitted my feelings for Jeff and they where true I did like Jeff. The only problem is did he like me?

"Wait, wait!" She hushed through the phone. I listened carefully. "Oh hey guys." She was probably talking to someone from there house. "Oh Jeff are you leaving?" She said "Okay bye. Hello." She was back onto the phone to me.

" Is he coming back here?" I said hopefully.

"Yeah I think so."

Okay well I gotta go bye."

"Bye." Then I rang off.

I went up to make myself look better. I brushed my hair, put more mascara on and lip gloss. My massive belly made me look worse than I actually was. I moaned. I ran down stairs to wait on him coming home. When he finally got back I looked up.

"Where did you go?" I smiled a little. He walked over to me with guilt in his eyes.

"Listen Lily, I'm sorry about you know the kiss let's forget I ever happened."

"Wait what." I got up of the couch and faced him "You-"

"Listen I know it would be better for both of us." He stared at me.

I couldn't take it tears streamed down my cheeks. He didn't like the kiss. He took advantage of me!

"I DON'T WANT TO FORGET THE KISS! I LIKED THE KISS THAT'S THE WHOLE POINT!" I screamed at him.
