It had been weeks since you and Severus where so close to each other. Every day was the same. Severus seemed to be avoiding you and this hurt you greatly.
Right now you are sat in your fathers office trying to think positive. He was busy, he's always too busy for his daughter which just made your life even worse. I'll be back in a minuet he said, thing is that was half an hour ago. And he calls that trying to mend your relationship? Well all you could think about is how much pain he has caused you.
*10 MINUETS LATER*
"So sorry for the wait, I had important business to tend to" he says with a sigh while walking into the room. "Most things are more important to you" you mumble. "Now princess, you are probably wondering why I called for you?" he says with the 'all knowing' look on his face. "You haven't called me princess since I was 16" you laugh. "And yes, yes I am". "Well you see I was wondering if you could do teaching assisting for a bit? You can choose the lesson if you like. You could also see if anyone needs the help if you can't decide. Either way you can choose which would be best for you, princess."
At this point you start to think. If Severus is avoiding me then the best thing to do is make it much harder for him to do so. You decide that he might also need the help and that it might relieve him of his uptight attitude.
"Potions" is all you say. "Any particular reason? he says with that 'knowing' look on his face again. "You know I've always loved potions" you say smiling. "And a particular someone was the one to get you into it" he says smiling and then disappears. You hate it when he does that, you could never win arguments as a kid.
You slowly walk to the Potions room to break the news to Severus, dodging all the students that are messing around in the corridors at brake. Your one and only thought was....
