Told you guys I'd update, here ya go ...
You knock on the door but you don't have to wait long to hear Severus' low voice come from inside calling you in his room.
"Hello (Y/N), what do you want?" He said without any emotion in his voice.
"Well ummmm....... you see Severus umm.... Albus says I should do teaching assisting for a while and umm....... I got to choose where and um well.... you see I chose...you, is that ok?" You say nervously. You fear his rejection.
"(Y/N) I've never heard you stutter so much.... not intimidated are we?" He teases.
"Oh shush Sevy, you are nothing but a teddy bear really. I've seen you drunk remember" you laugh at the memory.
"I have never been drunk in my life" he jokes.
"Yes because any sober person would sit in my wardrobe for twenty minutes and then exit it and say 'this ain't Narnia', really?" You laugh.
"It's your fault I know anything about Narnia, you was the one who persuaded me to do movie nights with you!" He says laughing uncontrollably.
"I remember everything. I even remember your favourite Disney movie. If I remember correctly it's Lion King and your favourite song is Circle Of Life and the reason for that is because whenever we heard it you would lift up your cat. Sadly I can not remember his name" he says slowly.
"Monty was his name. How do you remember me that well?" You say smiling.
"I could never ever forget anything important about you. Your favourite colour is (Y/FC), your favourite food was (Y/FF). I remember your kind mother...harsh father...I remember it all" he says with tears forming in his eyes.
"And yes please be my assistant"
You wrap your arms around his neck, he tenses slightly as if he had never been hugged. You feel safe in his arms when he slowly hugs back, just like before.
