Strange Magic

A proposition

Tiberius had spent the past few months learning to control his powers. The new bound family had learned that Ty had more power than anyone else, he could transform into any animal, and was currently learning to change inatimed objects into other  things. Magnus had been working on teaching him how to preform healing magic, and in which Ty had excelled. Today was one of the days Ty had spent with Magnus, writing poems or sword fighting for fun but never actually hurting each other.

"Ty come in it's dinner, you too Magnus."
"Race you "yelled Magnus as he shifted into a hawk and started to fly.
" You'll regret it." Ty yelled as he shifted into a wolf and beelined for the house.
As Ty ran through the forest on all fours, Magnus flew through the air but lost by an inch as he dropped to the ground.
"Haha I beat you! I always do!" Ty boasted.
" Ah you little brat! " Magnus exclaimed tackling Ty down.
As they wrestled Grey ran out to join in the fun until the three boys were covered in grass.
Stella, Raven, Finn and Miguel stood on the porch watching the brall, not more than slightly amused.
"Boys even as teens they act as children!" Stella chide to Raven.
"Alright boys that's enough,dinner is going to get cold." Finn exclamend in a haughty voice as he turned back to the house.
Everyone fallowed after him.

Sitting around the dinner table there was very little small talk , as every one was busy stuffing their faces with corn and steak.
There were few mumbles of how good the food was through full mouths.
After dinner they all went to the sitting room as Miguel made tea.
"Ty you have been coming along so well with controlling your magic, we think its time for you to start high school."Finn said in a  careful voice. The look on Ty's face was that of pure happiness and shock. It was a few seconds of silences as everyone was anxious to hear his response.

" I would love that! Oh thank you soo much father, thank you so much papa." Ty exclaimed hugging his father's tightly.
"When would I begin, will I be going to school with, Raven,Grey,Stella, and Magnus?" He rambled.
" You will start the morning, of this Monday a dew." Miguel explained over his tea cup.
" Ty of course your going to be at the same school as us, just a grade lower." Grey patyed him on the shoulder.
"Thank you so much, now may I be excused there are thoughts that I must write." Ty asked his speech speed up as if afraid to lose his thought's.

"Yes but say good bye to Stella and Magnus, there mother has just called. She would like you two home.Miguel will drive you." Finn chided.
" Ah thank you for the offer but I think me and sis need to stretch our wings. " Magnus bowed.
"How did we end up with such proper children?"
"Proper papa? Their speech may be elgent but they act as though they are children!"
"Raven boys are boys. Go relax dear."
"Alright papa, I'm going to go check on Ty first."
"You've warmed up to him haven't you?" Finn smiled warmly at his daughter.
"Yes papa." She sighed contently

As raven walked through the halls she looked at all the photo graphs of her family. Most of them being her and grey. She stopped to admire her favorite one that hung towards the top of the wall. Finn and Miguel on their wedding day. Finn was dressed in a white suit and Miguel in a black one, they both had a red rose attached to their brest pockets. They looked so happy and she loved seeing them happy. She glanced at the photo one last time before walking down the hall to Ty's room. The door was slightly a jar so she decided to just walk in.

Tiberius was sitting at his oak wood desk that their dad had made for him, writing furiously away with a quill in his hand. Raven knew that Ty knew she was hear, he'd be done in a moment. She sat on his bed and looked at the picture beside his bed. All of them were in it; her, ty,grey, dad,papa,magnus and Stella. She remembered that day well, their papa had gotten a promotion at work and they wanted to celebrate he was so surprised when-

"Raven dear are you in there?" Ty gave her a worried look, she must've been lost in her thoughts.

"Oh yes I'm fine Tiberius, just thinking. I actually wanted to talk to you." Placing down the photo she turned to face her brother.

"Of course."

"How are you fancing the books I have gave you?"

" They are marvellous in dead. The one I have fancied most from your fairy tails is 'King Arthur and the round table.' It is quite interesting."

There was a glow in his eye when ever he spoke about books and it made raven happy as she was the same.

"Have you read the book I gave to you? It is the book I fancy most!"

"Hehe, I'm glad you enjoy king Arthur. I have found 'Sherlock Holmes ' rather interesting. I would be rather happy if him and John became an item!"

Now she was bouncing on the edge of the bed. Raven always got  giddy when she spoke about the couples she would like.

"Believe me sister, that is the wish of all!" He replied in laughter.

"What do you think about going to highschool?" Raven questioned him.

" I'm excited but do not know what to expect. I may not be smart enough for school, seeing as how I have never been." Ty stammered  as his hands started jittering.

"You'll be fine you are one of the smartest boys I know." She comforted him as they placed there fore heads together.

"Papa says we are going into town at miday tommorow.
We will get everything you require for 'Ever Green High.
You'll be in the ninth grade.  Me, Stella and the boys will go to the school with you on Sunday to show you where all your classes are alright?" Raven informed her little brother.

"Yes that sounds swell."

" I am a slight bit worn so I'm off to bed little brother. " Getting up she walked to the door.

"Good night sis."

Once she closed it, Ty got on a pair of PJ's and headed off to sleep.
