Chapter Two

PIERCE POV

I wake up to the sound of knocking at the door. I opened it to see the police "Can we come in?" He asks.
"Yeah sure." I reply he walks in and we sit.
"The good news is we can realise the body and you can continue with the funeral today. The bad news is Rhona didn't kill herself, she was murdered we found stab wounds in her chest. Are you sure you didn't hear anything on the night of her death? Screaming, talking anything?"
"Erm, no nothing, have you told anyone else this?" I asked to see if I could lie and continue to say she'd killed herself.
"Yes we've told Marlon as he is the dad of Leo."
"Right okay. Thanks goodbye." I got the officer to leave and I got ready for this stupid funeral I didn't even want to go to but I had to go because I didn't want to look too suspicious.

MARLON POV

"What's wrong?" Carly asked me.
"It's Rhona she was murdered not suicide least she's with Leo now." I reply. We get ready for the funeral and head out to the church. We meet Paddy at the church and we wait for everyone to arrive.

FINN POV

"Has anyone seen Ross? I haven't seen yesterday morning and he didn't pick up any of his clients either." I asked Pete.
"He'll be fine he's probably in trouble with some shifty job he's done. He'll be dealing with that but he'll be fine he always is." He replied.
"True anyways you ready for this funeral?"
"Yeah let's go."

MARLON POV

Everyone arrives and it starts everyone speaks about Rhona and her son Leo and how they will be happy in heaven together. They recall happy memories and then we go outside to bury them together. "You okay?" I ask Bev the babysitter that looks after April and looked after Leo.
"Yeah I'm fine, just upset over Leo he was a lovely boy, I didn't really know Rhona got paid off her didn't see her much."
"See you at the wake." I walk off and watch Rhona and Leo get buried then I see pierce run off crying we just leave him because he'll want space. After they were buried I went into the forest because I needed space too.

PADDY POV

I go off to find Marlon because he's been gone for a while. I go into the woods because I seen him head there earlier on. I hear a scream from Marlon then a thud I head towards it and I then see Marlon on the floor unconscious. I look around while phoning the police and an ambulance and see a stick with blood on it, Marlon has been hit. The ambulance arrives and I go with him to the hospital I get Bob to care of April and I call Carly "Hello Carly you need to come to hospital straight away, Marlon is in a coma he's been hit by a stick in the woods and I don't know by who!" She hangs up and comes straight away.

PIERCE POV

I hear a knock at he door I expect it to be someone from the funeral to see if I was okay from my fake crying incident so I could get away from funeral but it was the police. "Hello can I help you?" I ask.
"Pierce I am arresting you for the murder of Rhona don't say anything, anything you do say may be given in evidence."
"What I haven't killed her what is this?" As I get taken away everyone is making there way to the pub while they watch me get driven off in the police van.
