Abigail:
The Don of Heiwana. Has long wavy red hair, light blue eyes with a dark blue outline, 25 years old, had really pale skin, likes chickens, can be a jerk sometimes, has a soft side for animals. Secretly an otaku but doesn't want anyone to know. Has a slight fear of clowns. Not really scared of them, just uncomfortable around them. 
Mafia Clothing:
Wears a white long sleeve dress shirt with the Heiwana badge on it, black dress pants, suspenders, black dress shoes, and orange glasses.
Casual Outfit:
Usually wears an orange hoodie or Heiwana jacket with graphic tee-shirt and jeans in winter, or a graphic tee-shirt with shorts in summer.

Jenna:
Member of Heiwana. Has medium length dark brown hair, dark brown eyes, 23 years old, has tan skin but not very dark, loves animals, and is particularly snappy and gets bored easily, but can be hyper and bubbly when not tired.
Mafia clothing:
White long-sleeved dress shirt with a black zip-up tie, a black overcoat. No goggles, but hair curled. Black dress pants and dress shoes.
Casual Outfit:
Wears black shorts with white stripes, dark green and lime green tennis shoes with light gray knee-length socks. baby blue t-shirt underneath an unzipped navy blue leather jacket. Pistol is kept in right pocket and a single quarter-sized grenade and a dark brown wallet in the other. Strap on Goggles to protect eyes from explosions pulled up on head right above forehead.

Underboss of Heiwana. 25 years old, with thick violet hair that is usually up in pigtails. Usually acts crazy and a bit ridiculous, but is a very good actress.
Mafia Outfit:
Has no definite outfit, although she wears a black puffy skirt, a white blouse with the Heiwana badge, and black thigh socks. Wears dark brown boots.
Casual Outfit:
Wears a random shirt with jeans and a black and purple jacket and tennis shoes.
