[Abigail's POV]
I quickly broke the lock on the last cage and flung it open, the remaining hens running out. "Alright, I'm done." I said, walking back to a speechless Lilac and Jenna. "Wow, I can't believe you actually did that..." Lilac said. I just smiled. "I had to, that wasn't humane at all." They just shrugged and walked back to the car.
I felt something on my foot and looked down to see a small chicken pecking at my food. I sat down beside her, but she didn't move. That's strange, most of the chickens in the cages were scared of us.
I reached my arm out and patted her back lightly. "Go on, you're free to run away." I told her but she didn't move. I stood up to walk back to the car, but noticed the chicken limped after me.
I looked down at her, noticing that her leg was limp as if it was broken. "Alright," I laughed. "You can come with me." I bent down and picked her up and cradled her in my arms like a baby.
When I got into the car, Lilac didn't look happy. "You can't just bring that home with us... at least not without proper stuff for a chicken."
I shrugged. "Then drive me to Tractor Supplies®." I instructed. She sighed and turned on the car. "whatever you say..."

We walked back into the hotel, the chicken hidden away in my zipped up jacket. I opened our room door and sat down the stuff I bought, which was a small bag of chicken feed, some medical supplies, and a little nesting box with some bedding already in it.
I gently unzipped my jacket and caught the chicken before she fell. "So, whatcha gonna name her?" Jenna asked. I shrugged. "I don't know, I've never been good with animal names."
Jenna looked down at it. "How about Spicy Chicken Sandwich?" She joked. "Jenna!"

"What? That's what she was probably going to be turned into if you didn't save her!"

I laughed a little. "Yeah, I guess you're right..." I looked down at the chicken. "Umm..."
"Mmmm, burritos..." Jenna said as she looked down at a Taco Bell® menu. "Burrito." I declared. "I'll name her Burrito."

[Jenna's POV]
"Ugh, why do we have to go on this one?" Sans said. "Because it's Jenna's turn to pick." Papyrus stated. "Yeah!" I exclaimed while screaming in Sans' face about how I was right and he was wrong. "To bad Abigail isn't here." Sans complained, "She would agree with me."
"Speaking of Abigail, what do you think of her?" I said. "W-w-why d-does it matter, i-i-i-it's n-not l-l-l-like her or a-a-anything!" He stammered. "S-s-s-stutter much?" I asked. "You stuttered too!" He said. "Yeah, 'cause I was was mocking ya." I retorted.
We buckled in, at the front of the Vortex. I noticed the staff member, a young teenage boy, just glance over the buckles, not bothering to see if they were locked.
"So, you guys excited?" I asked eagerly. "No." Sans' quickly replied. "Well I'm Exci-" Papyrus got cut off by the speaker blaring some inaudible safety press then started the ride. We quickly arrived at the first loop where I held on.
Something felt off, and I looked to down to see that the seatbelt had come undone and the harness thing was slowly up. I screeched and held on, feeling myself start to fall out. Papyrus noticed and quickly slammed it back down and held it down. I cast him a grateful glance and thanked him, but it was inaudible due to the other riders screams.
Once the ride was over, I let out a sigh of relief. That was fun, but scary at the same time... I looked over and saw the picture place and immediately ran over to it. I scanned the pictures and found mine, laughing at it.
I was floating out of the seat with the handlebars over my head while Papyrus just stared at me in shock. Then I noticed something. Sans was behind me, just staring and smiling. I bet he has something to do with this.
"Hi, what would you like today?" Asked the lady. "Hi, um... I'd like 3 of everything with my picture." I said. "Alright, which one is yours?" She asked. "Uh, 247-b." I said. "247-b... 247-b... ah! Here it i-" she cut herself off. "Oh my lands... are you alright!" She cried out. "He just tried to kill me, it's alright. I'm used to it." I shrugged, pointing over to Sans.
"W-what?! Do you want me to call the cops? I can have security hold him down." She suggested. "Nah, it's alright. I tried to kill him earlier this week by throwing him off The Bat... twice. So I guess it was kinda... um... payback?"
"Oh, uh ok then?" She said. "Here is your stuff. You can have it half off because of them not checking all the seats." She said while handing my a bag.
"Actually make that 10 of everything." I stated. She groaned and went back to making seven more of everything. She eventually finished and handed me an even bigger bag than before, sighing as I finally walked away.

I kicked the door open and barged into the room and over to Abigail, who still had the chicken with her. "ABIGAIL, GUESS WHAT!" I screeched. I leaped onto the couch and bounced up to a sitting position. "Guess what! Guess what! Guess what!"
"WHAT!" She yelled. "I almost got killed today!" I announced, smiling. "Cool." She said nonchalantly. "W-w-what!" I yelled. "I almost DIED and your reaction is 'cool'!"
"Interesting." Abigail replied nonchalantly. "Ugh, I'm going to go take a nap." I replied and got up. I then walked over to the chicken, and with a shoestring I found, tied one of the unframed pictures of my near death experience on the Vortex loosely around Burrito's neck, before walking to my room.
