What is he to you? (Pt.1)

Naruto's POV

I sat there feeling jealous. How did Hinata know this guy? Who gave her the right to talk to other boys? I certainly did not. Already mad at him and I don't even know him. Maybe they are childhood friends, I should calm down. I walk over to them with my fists clenched.

"Hey baby" I kiss her forehead and squeeze her left hand tightly. I see her flinch a little from the pain I was causing her and decided to release it. I see her rubbing her hand with her other and look down. I lowered myself to her level and whispered in her ear "we'll talk about that later."

She then raises her head and says "okay" in such a soft delicate voice about to cry.

That's when I knew I fucked up. I should have never touched her like that but I don't know what came over me. Just the fact that they would talk to each other or that he would make a joke and she would laugh about it, made me upset.

(Pause. Before you kill me I know Naruto isn't like that at all but don't worry he'll change)

The whole entire class I see Hinata staring at the window. That's when I noticed her hair was tied back with a lavender bow. Where did she get that? As I remember Hinata doesn't get paid until Friday. It's only Tuesday. Oh she's got a lot of explaining to do.

After class I wait for everyone to get out. I see Hinata approaching to the door. I grab her by the hand and start walking towards our spot. It's a spot where it's surrounded by lavender plants and nobody goes there well except for me and Hinata.

"Hinata, I'm sorry about earlier." She only looked down. "y-yeah" "It won't happen again Hinata, I promise." "I-I know Naruto-kun." As I was about to hug her I saw her close her eyes in fear and flinch. What have I done? How could I've been so stupid. "Don't worry Hinata, I'm not going to hurt you I promise." With that she allowed me to hug her. Although I felt her shaking. I noticed her lavender bow again and this time I really wanted to know why she had it on.

"Hinata, you don't get paid until Friday right?"

"Y-yes why?"

I reached behind her and took off the bow. "This"

"N-Naruto-kun give it back please."

Hinata's POV

My hair fell down to my shoulders. Why is Naruto-kun doing this? He has no right to treat me like this, not after what happened yesterday. If anyone should be mad it should be me.

"N-Naruto-kun give it back please."

"Did he give it to you?"

I stood silent I didn't know what to say. Should I tell him the truth? Naruto's jealousy gets out of hand and well it doesn't end pretty.

Right when I was about to speak I was interrupted.

"If by he, you mean me well then yes I did."

Me and Naruto both turn around to see Sasuke-kun.

"Sasuke-kun?" I said shocked.

"You fucking bastard! How dare you? Did you know she has a boyfriend!?" He sudddenly went up to Sasuke-kun and lifted him up by his shirt.

I've had enough of Naruto-kun acting this way. Where is the sweet boy I knew and love?

"And did you remember you had a girlfriend yesterday Naruto."

All eyes were suddenly on me, but I didn't care.

"W-What are you talking about H-Hinata?"

"Don't act stupid Naruto. I saw you yesterday with Sakura."

As I was waiting for Sasuke-kun to hurry up inside the store, I smelled something. Something sweet.

"come to mama" I said as a followed the scent leading me to a bakery across the street.

At the window display I saw cinnamon rolls were half off! What a great price! Luckily for me, my best friend and cousin work there and I usually get them for free.

I walked in. "TenTen-san!"

I saw her turn around and immediately her face lit up. "Hinata!!!"

We both hugged each other like we haven't see each other in ages.

"Where's Neji-niisan?"

"He's in the back, you know baking."

"Of course, well I'll go say hi to him okay?"

"Of course Hinata!"

I walked in through the doors that said "Employees Only" that lead to the back, I felt like such a bad ass. As I keep walking I see eyes similar to mine.

"Hinata-San!" He ran up and hugged me.

"Neji-niisan"

"Hinata look, I'm making your favorite! I even made two so you can give one to Naruto if he's here!"

"Oh he's here alright." We both looked at TenTen confused.
