Class went by with a breeze since we have midterms tomorrow , all we did was take notes 📖 .
On my way to class I called Joanne to check on her . She hasn't text me since she left my dorm 2 nights ago .

Me: why haven't I heard from you what's going on ? (I said with a frown )
Jo: nothing baby I just thought maybe u wanted space since I've been smothering you

Jo: well I overheard your phone conversation when I was getting ready to leave & I jus-
Me: oh that? Babe no you got everything all wrong . If you'd stayed long enough you would've heard the part where I said she's smothering me with all the love that I've been wanting & needing and grateful for that .
I said telling her the rest of the conversation

Me: okay baby I-I-
Jo: you what ? (I said hoping she would say I love you )
Me : I'm glade your in my life I said punking out on the L word .
Jo: okay babe I'll um , call you tonight she'd said I could here the hint of disappointment in her vc .
Me: okay *and with that I ended the call .
