             Peter's POV
We followed Coriakin into his library, and I let out a slight chuckle. Sierra would love being here, with all these books. She absolutely loved reading, and when we were here originally, if she wasn't training us, she was in the library, reading. I caught a sharp breath, that memory hitting me like a knife in the chest for some reason. Coriakin unrolled a huge map, and it almost became three dimensional.

"That's quite beautiful." Eustace said, and looked up at him, raising an eyebrow. Lucy and Edmund also gave him looks, but he quickly pulled back.

"I mean for a make-believe map in a make-believe world." He muttered, and I rolled my eyes. Then, Coriakin spoke.
"Here is the source of your trouble. Dark Island." He pointed to an almost-black island, with hints of a dark green.

"A place where evil lurks. It can take any form, and it can make your darkest dreams come true. It seeks to corrupt all goodness, to steal the light from this world." I felt my stomach drop. Sierra would be a target, as Aslan's daughter. When I looked at Edmund, Caspian and Lucy, I knew they were all thinking the same exact thing.

"How do we stop it?" Lucy asked, and he turned to her.
"You must break its spell. You must follow the Blue Star to the island of Ramandu. The sword you carry." He said, pointing to the one Edmund had.
"There are six like it. You must place all seven on Aslan's table. Only then can the spell be broken. And your sword, King Peter, is connected to the seven. How, I do not know. But be warned.....You are all about to be tested." Lucy, Edmund and I exchanged confused glances, and she spoke up again.

"Tested?" He nodded, walking towards her.
"Yes." Then, he leaned closer to her, speaking quietly, and she looked even more confused. Then he moved to Edmund, and I couldn't hear him again. Then, he spoke to Caspian, and I could hear him.

"Before you can defeat the darkness out there, you must defeat the darkness inside yourself." He turned away, and we started to leave. I stopped, feeling like he was watching me, and I turned back. He watched me quietly, and I walked back towards him.

"I'm going to be tested as well, aren't I?" I asked quietly, and he nodded.
"Hold fast to the one whom you love most. And I do not speak of Aslan." Without even having to think about it, I knew exactly who that was.
"Sierra. Coriakin, she was taken by the mist. Is she going to be alright?" He sighed heavily, picking up a paper, and I saw what was written on there. The Ballad. The same one that she had started writing nearly seven thousand years ago.

"She is facing and is having to battle pure evil. For someone with so much light in their heart and life, this will be a trying experience. I do have reason to believe that she knows how to defeat the mist, if you can get her out. But.....It is very likely that she will not easily forget what she experiences in there. But she will survive. That I can promise you. Now, you must go. Your friends will be waiting." I nodded, and started to head out when he stopped me once again.

"There is one other thing you need to know, and Aslan himself told me to tell you this. Do not be surprised by what has happened in your world. If you wish to stay here, that is the way things must be." I was thoroughly confused, but nodded, and left. We set sail again, and the next day, got caught in a nasty storm. We were in the cabin with the Captain, Drinian, who was trying to convince us to turn back.

"So.....We're stuck, here. At half-rations with food and water for three days, with no way to find land, and no sign of that Blue Star." I sighed, looking up at Caspian, who nodded towards me.
"We have to keep going. Sierra was taken by that mist, and we have to find her. Coriakin said that if we can get her back, she should be able to defeat the mist." He sighed, shaking his head.

"Your majesty, with all due respect towards you and your fiancee, we can't afford it. We could be drowned, or worse." Then, Edmund piped up.
"Or get eaten by a sea serpent." I punched him, and he complained, getting a glare from Drinian.
"I'm just saying that things are very dangerous here." Caspian sighed, standing up.
"We keep going, and try to ride out the storm. Understood?" Drinian took a breath, pulling his raincoat on, and he started to head out to the deck, but paused, looking back at us.

"Very well. But be warned.....The sea can play nasty tricks on the crew's minds. Very nasty." He hurried out, slamming the door behind him. I sighed, staring down at the map, and Cahira, who had been silent this whole time, placed a hand on my shoulder.

"We'll find her, Peter. She'll be okay." She said quietly, and I turned around, looking up.
"Cahira...." I saw the look on Edmund's face. It was a stubborn look, like the one I got when I told him he couldn't enlist in the army. He wasn't about to give up. And neither would I.

Bonjour! So, in the next few chapters, I'm going to put different songs, and I want y'all to tell me which one is your favorite, and should be featured in a wedding chapter. This chapter's song is How Does A Moment Last Forever, sung by Celine Dion, and is from Beauty And The Beast.
