Seeing her again

Last night was actually fun. Movies, food and new friends. Every time Chris and Scarlett have their own world, We decided to have ours too...

Books was our first topic, Since we're both bookworms. We talked about plot twist and famous books that has a movie.

The topic changed into movies, I found out that this simple bookworm was a diehard fan of Star Wars

...I like how she explained everything... I found her cute that moment..

Then it finally came to our cases..I finally felt the attention that I longed for. She listened to me, She actually understands what I felt.

She's a great person...the person that I really want to be with.

Now, I'm back again in the cafe where we first met. I ordered coffee and held the book that continued our conversation.

Maybe she'll come today...

Half an hour passed, I lose every ounce of hope when a minute pass.

Then I saw her, She had a smile on her face...

I saw her order and looked around for a sit, I smiled when our eyes locked. She passed by the people whose eye on books or with their companions

"Hey, Nice to see you again" She greeted, She's not gloomy like yesterday. It made feel me happy.

"To you too, read chapter one to five. You're right about the romance, Widow and the hero" I showed her the blue covered book.

"It's cute, A little bit cheesy and predictable but cute" She took a sip from her drink.

"How's the Burnt House?" I expected that she already read a chapter or two.

"I..already finished it.." She blushed and took something from her bag. It was the book.

"You finished it?" I can't believe her, Is she really interested on that book?

"Yeah.." She was still blushing, but she still manage to look at me. Why is she embarassed?

"Why?"

"Because...Chris said that books made you move on through out that five heartbreaks..I wanted you to read this, It's actually thrilling" Her smile once again, Handed me the book.

Something slipped from it, and of course, It was a Star Wars bookmark.

"Really?" I raised my eyebrow, She giggled..What a nice sound to hear..

I tried to open a topic again, I want to know her side about their wrecked relationship.

"Neil was my first boyfriend, We made to the third year but he cheated" I was shocked to know that she made it to three years with a cheater.

"I bet he's terrible" I said, Making her laugh

"Yep, I'm really happy that he's gone. Last night taught me that" She said softly, Has a special smile on her face.

"Me too.." I remembered how I felt nothing when I saw my ex's remembrances. Like the place where we first had our date, It didn't affect me.

I looked up to Lizzie looking at the window, She was smiling. She's really beautiful...

"Do you have things to do today?" I asked, I really want to have some time with her.

She shook her head as a no, while taking a sip on her coffee

"I heard there's a amusement park here, Come with?" I braced myself for the negative answer. Looking at the book, not her. I don't want her to see the pain that maybe she might give

"Sure why not" It immediately made me look at her again

"You sure?" Maybe she's conscience about the five experiences of pain

"Yes"
