Lotus
Many consider you the most beautiful plant in the world
And yet you'll only grow in mud
There's a powerful metaphor there
A symbol often used by Buddhists and Hindus
With a meaning powerful enough for me to get in permanently on my arm
A reminder that often the greatest beauty only comes from mud and difficulty.
