Write about what you bring to the Pub. What is unique about you? What do you have to offer the Pub and the world, that one else can?
February 3, 2017 -
#1 - Write a love poem that you would like to receive. Don't write one to yourself, but put yourself in the mind of someone who would be in love with you, who is or was in love with you. Write what you would want them to say to you. What do you long to hear?
#2 - Write a love poem WITHOUT using the words - love, heart, cherish, soul, and passion.
February 10, 2017 -
Write a fantasy love poem and include a major conflict.
February 17, 2017 -
#1 – Write a poem about finding and catching a leprechaun. Would you ask for his pot of gold or the three wishes? What would those wishes be?
#2 – Write a poem as if you were a leprechaun. What would your day be like? Where would you go and what would you do?
February 24, 2017 -
#1 - Write a spring poem and include the words - flower(s), rain, playground, renew and butterfly.
#2 - Write a spring Haiku - (syllable count is 5-7-5)
March 3, 2017 -
Prompt #1 – Write about what friendship means to you. Think about your friends at home and here in cyberspace. How have they changed your life, how have they made it better?
Prompt #2 – Write a poem and dedicate it to someone on Wattpad. Don't do just one, write as many as you like. Let other people know how they have touched your life; let them know that you care. We all need to say it and we all need to hear it.

Prompt #1 – Create a blessing poem in the style of the Irish blessings, toasts or sayings.
Prompt #2 – St. Patrick is said to have chased all of the snakes out of Ireland, write a poem depicting this scene.

Prompt #1 – Write a poem about a St. Patrick's Day party here at the Pub. What kind of decorations would we have up? Would we be serving green beer? What would we be doing?
Prompt #2 – Write a poem about being lucky without using the word "luck or lucky".
Prompt #3 – Write a St. Patrick's Day Limerick.

Prompt #1 – I would like to challenge ALL MEMBERS who have not done our 10 THINGS ABOUT YOU CHALLENGE, I want you to jump right in and do it!! All you have to do is tell us 10 things about you, it can be anything. It doesn't have to be intimately personal information, just fun things you want to share with us to help us get to know you better.
Prompt #2 – I would like anyone who has not sent in a submission for poeTRY, to do so. This collection is one of the best ways to introduce yourself and your poetry to the Pub family. We have 5600+ members so we should have multiple volumes of poeTRY !

Prompt #2 – Write a poem to your older self. What do you hope to achieve, where do you hope to be?

Prompt #1 – Is there something you have always wanted to say to your mom but just never gotten around to telling here? Well here is your chance, write a poem telling your mother something that you feel you need to say or have never told her before.
Prompt #2 – Write a poem about your mother or to your mother but do not use the words, mom, mother, mamma, ma.

Prompt #1 – Write an acrostic poem using the words POETS PUB and send it in for the 2nd Anniversary collection.
Prompt #2 – Write an acrostic poem using the words WRITERS FOR PEACE and send it in to the Writers for Peace Legacy collection.
