Third Person P.O.V
Friday came sooner than Yoongi would've liked. He looked at himself in the mirror as he did his tie. He sighed. A suit? I'm wearing a damn suit to stay at home, Yoongi thought. He was in the middle of getting dressed. He had decided that he would make a fancy dinner in his apartment. Wait. No no. Let me rephrase that. He had decided that Jin, his talented chef friend, would prepare a special dinner for them. Yoongi walked out of his room and into the kitchen, "How's the cooking going?" Jin looked at Yoongi, over his shoulder while he stirred, "Hm? Oh, it's going just fine."
Yoongi nodded in approval. He looked at his watch, 7:45. Yoongi's eyes widened. He pulled out his phone. He copied the address Hoseok had sent him and pasted it into the google maps search bar. His eyes practically fell out of his head, 10 minutes. It'd take Yoongi ten minutes to arrive to Hoseok's home.
That meant that within the next five minutes he had to get Jin to finish cooking, make their plates and put them on the table, pour two glasses of wine, get Jin out of his apartment, and put his shoes on. "Shit Jin, I'm going to be late!" Jin smacked him, "Language. It's fine, you go ahead and pick him up. I'll be done in a few. I'll set the table and then leave. You're not going to be late." Yoongi sighed in shear relief, "Thanks Hyung."
Jin gave him a reassuring smile, "No problem Yoongi. This would be more of a dinner late than a dinner date if you didn't have me." Jin started to clap and laugh at his own lame joke. His laugh resembled the sound of wiping a window but that didn't stop him. No, it never did. Yoongi rolled his eyes, "Really Hyung?" Jin looked at him with a blank expression, " What? It's not like my jokes are out-dated." Jin pursed his lips, holding back a laugh. Yoongi face palmed, "Please stop." Jin let out a little chuckle, "I guess because I'm cooking you could say I'm din-charge. But we have no sweets, because they've des(s)erted us."
"These aren't even good anymore." Jin smiled, "So you're saying they were good at one point?" Yoongi shook hid head, "No, they were just tolerable."
"Oh wow you must be a healthy boy if you can't tylenol," Jin laughed. "Now you're just being ridiculous."
"Ridiculously funny."
"Or ridiculously stupid."
"Hey STOB IT! You keep talking to me, and you'll be ridiculously late."
Yoongi checked the time, 7:53, "Fuck Jin, why didn't you say anything?!" Yoongi ran towards the door. He heard a quick "Language" as he ran out. He finally got to his car. He reached into his blazer pocket and when he felt nothing, he groaned, I forgot my keys. He went all the way up, back to the sixth floor. He barged through the door and searched for his keys. Jin was arranging the hot food neatly on the plates when he heard Yoongi enter. He saw Yoongi checking between the couch cushions. He instantly knew what happened, "Remembering Yoongi, it's always key." Yoongi paused his search to glare at Jin. Jin raised his hands in surrender, "Why are your eyes locked on me? You're not very car- ful since you can't remember your keys."
"Jin I'm going to slit your throat with my keys the second I find them." Jin shrugged, "At least then something would be open. Unlike your car."
"Even if my car was open, I can't start it without my keys."
Jin smirked, "But they sure are starting to piss you off."
"Yeah well so are you."
"It's okay Yoongi, I get it. You're not Jin-terested. Maybe later you'll be Jin the mood."
"Are you using your own fucking name?"
"Oh was it that obvious?" Jin said sarcastically. "Oh and by the way. Your keys have been on the table this whole time." Jin turned around and disappeared into the kitchen. Yoongi was too rushed to be angry. "Yoongi you look like the white rabbit from Alice in Wonderland."
"Because I'm pale and have white hair?"
"No, because you are a white hare. And you're late for a very important date."
"I am...Done with you right now." Yoongi had nothing more to say. He ran out of the apartment and to his car. He quickly unlocked it, got in the driver's seat and buckled up. He started his car and slowly pulled out. His phone rang, "Ugh what now?" He answered his phone using his car's bluetooth. "What." Yoongi rudely answered the phone. "I forgot," Jin started, "You're also not wearing any pants like the white rabbit." Yoongi looked down, "Fuck."
