Third Person P.O.V

Sunday arrived sooner than both boys expected.  Yoongi put together sandwiches and fruit and all the cliché romantic picnic food he could find.  He even went out of his way to make chocolate dipped strawberries.  Which was something nobody would expect Yoongi to do.  Except Hoseok of course.
Soon enough, Yoongi's car mumbled noises as he lingered in front of Hoseok's house.  The younger male was taking quite some time to get ready which peeved Yoongi but he wasn't about to start this date the way the other one turned out.
An impatient sigh left his lips as he looked out his window and played with his blonde hair.  The sound of a door slamming sounded, catching Yoongi's attention.
Now, outsider's would say otherwise but Yoongi could've sworn the next few moments took place in slow motion.  Yoongi's jaw dropped as his eyes met Hoseok's muscular figure.  He wore a snapback backwards, pushing all of his hair out of his face.  The way the light hit his strong features made them even more prominent.  Hoseok made his way down his front steps, hands at his sides.  His muscular arms were revealed short sleeve button up covered in a pattern of tropical elements.  Such as, palm trees, pinapples, and flamingos.  This artocle of clothing fell loosely on his tan capris which was something that was unexpected.

How the actual hell did he make ankles sexy?  Ankles aren't sexy!  They're just ankles!  KEEP IT TOGETHER YOONGI!

Finally, Hoseok gripped the door handle and entered the car. "Hi," Hoseok wore a sweet smile.  Meanwhile, Yoongi looked confused, astonished, and excited all at once.  Kind of like a dog smiling and panting at the same time but...On a human's face.
Hoseok furrowed his brows, "Yoongi are you okay?  You look like you just came and shit yourself simultaneously."

"I might've."

"What?"

"What?"

They both looked at each other with blank faced. "Yoongi, did you just say that you might've came and shit yourself at the same time prior to me entering the car?" Yoongi rethought his whole response.  He regreted it, scolded himself and inhaled slowly,  his blank facial expression not budging once, "Yes...Yes I did, Hoseok."

Hoseok just blinked as he looked at him before squinting his eyes, "Y'know this is more awkward than you setting a table on fire and poking me in the eye right?"  Yoongi gulped, "Right anyway, off to the park we go."
Yoongi cleared his throat and drove them off to the park.

As they glided past trees and quaint little houses that homed perfect little families, Hoseok spoke up, "You were kidding right?"  Yoongi glared at Hoseok, "Yes, obviously I wasn't serious.  I just felt that way.  By the way, button the top buttons of your shirt. You look like a douche."  Hoseok rolled his eyes, "You just don't want anyone else eyeing me."
How did he know? Yoongi asked himself as he turned a bright red, "Just button them." The words were quick and demanding.  Snickering, Hoseok did ad he was told.

Soon enough, the boys arrived at the park and Yoongi found the perfect parking spot.  They gathered their things and went onto the fields of the park.
The sun twinkled in the sky as it beat down on them.  However, a subtle yet greatly appreciated breeze blew.  The trees swayed gently making the leaves rustle and chatter as the blades of grass tickled Hoseok's feet.  He stood there shamelessly with his arms spread, ready to embrace the world.  Little did he know it was far too big for his small arms to handle.  This ignorance could not harm him.  Not in this moment.  He was safe within his own head.  Within the thick walls of Yoongi's heart.
Suddenly, two arms wrapped around his waist.  "Enjoying yourself?" Yoongi's soft voice echoed in his ears.  "I really am." Hoseok chuckled and let his arms hang at his sides.  Once again, Yoongi settled on the blanket.  He pat the space beside him.  Hoseok understood the indication and took a seat. A delicate smile formed on Yoongi's lips, "Hungry?"  The sunlight gleamed in Hoseok's now light brown eyes as he nodded.
Yoongi started to feed him strawberries making Hoseok hum happily, "Mmm.  These are really good.  Where did you get these?  It's so hard for me to find chocolate dipped strawberries."
"Well I didn't find them," Yoongi continued to feed Hoseok, "I dipped them myself."  Hoseok's eyes went wide, "You took the time to melt chocolate and dip the strawberries?"
In response, Yoongi simply shrugged.  Deep down he knew it was a big deal.  It meant that Yoongi cared about Hoseok and found him special.  He only goes out of his way for those that mean a lot to him.  And apparently, Hoseok was one of those people.
Hoseok decided to let Yoongi believe he hadn't found him out, "Well. . . Thank you Yoons.  That was very sweet of you."
"Anything for you, Baby."
Out of the blue, Yoongi heard a scoff come from behind him.  He turned to see a woman standing there, looking down on them.  Not just physically, but metaphorically.  Yoongi gave her a blank look, "Can I help you?"
"Yes actually.  Did you know that there are children at this park?" The woman's words confused and scared Hoseok a little, "We aren't doing anything wrong."
A sigh came from the woman, "Of course.  They always think there's nothing wrong with them.  You gays are being a bad influence to these children."
Yoongi's blood boiled but he wasn't the type to shout in answer.  So he  cleared his throat, "Do you have kids?"
"Yes."
"Mmm that's unfortunate.  Even we deserve to reproduce more than you do."
The woman gasped, "Being gay is a disease!  No one can save you!"
Yoongi stood, "No, being ignorant is a disease and you're the one spreading filth to children.  Hopefully you get some help.  It's 2018.  No one cares what you think anymore and frankly, neither do we.  Gays and lesbians have every right to love each other.  Now, if you say something else to offend or hurt my boyfriend here, I'm afraid I'll say something I'd otherwise regret saying."
With a groan, she stomped off.  Yoongi triumphantly sat beside Hoseok, "Where were we, my love?"
There was only silence.  Hoseok pressed himself to Yoongi's side, clinging to him as he watch the woman walk away.  Yoongi shattered the silence with a sigh, "Don't listen to her.  Our love is nothing to be ashamed about."
"Love?"
