A/N I HAD AN EXAM ON MONDAY AND I WAS SO RELIEVED I GOT A 91 THAT I THREW THESE TOGETHER QUICKLY BEFORE MY NEXT TEXT COULD GET HERE (next Monday 😣😣)

Wanda's POV

My hands gripped and re-gripped the steering wheel in a clench all the way to the school. Tommy and Billy had been called into the principal's office and I was on my way to talk to the principal. Billy had pranked a teacher and Tommy had made sure they both got away.

Ugh...

Even at Xavier's School for the Gifted they were becoming problems.

I finally reached the private school and made my way through the halls, my frustration showing in my steps which sometimes caused sparks of hex to spurt on the floor if I wasn't careful about controlling it. I reached Professor X's office and took a deep breath before stepping inside.

Tommy looked sorry but Billy looked proud. My reprimand will have to be stronger for him. He had started having obedience issues, and temper control problems, which he happened to get both from me.

Vision was not used to the kids doing stuff like this, so when he heard about it, he got very quiet and started to calculate everything that could possibly be wrong with his parenting.

But in the end, Vision could never understand the truth that I saw just beneath the surface. The fact was, they were human. They shifted into mood swings occasionally, it just sort of, happened.

I had grown up with the same issues. The self-doubt, fear, temper-mental issues, it all was natural for me to see it in the son that was most like me.

As soon as the boys stepped out, Professor X was gracious and merely suggested a week or two off for them to spend with Vision and I and suggested we spend time with them as much as possible. They were already thirteen and going through the hardest transition they would ever have to endure. And not just puberty, but going to the School for the Gifted and experiencing the last world invasion firsthand when Vision and I were attacked by the Kree.

On the way home, Tommy was the first to break the silence.

"I'm sorry mom!" he burst out, "I was afraid they would hurt Billy."

"Shut up Tommy," Billy mumbled, his arms crossed and his face sour.

"Billy I know you don't like boarding at the school," I started, "But this school is good for you. Even though this is disturbing you, you are able to control your hex! And Tommy you are already less fidgety than you were six weeks ago!"

Tommy beamed, "I've been working with Logan. He's a really good guy and understands my problems. Hr said he was experienced on too, just like you mom!"

"Yes Logan and I go back all the way until after your uncle died." I murmured quietly, still sensitive about my brother.

Billy looked up with interest now, knowing it was rare for me to bring him up so casually. But Tommy was so much like him I could not help it!

Billy suddenly grabbed my hand as a tear spilled down my cheek. I looked over at him gratefully as we pulled into our drive way.

Vision was waiting and enveloped our family into a hug when we got out of the car. He saw my red eyes and didn't ask, only knowing our family could feel scarred so often and he knew he had to fix it. To make it feel better.

Billy and Tommy pressed warmly against me during the group hug and I felt more complete. Vision had probably heard why the boys were here because he looked emotionally distraught to see the kids again since they so desperately needed both of us right now.

"I'm here. I will always be here." Vision whispered to us.
