Drew's *POV*

Ally was pounding on my door when I woke up

"Wake up lazy ass manwhore!!" She screamed at the top of her lungs. "It's Christmas morning, and I want you to see what I got you!"

"I'm up." I slowly walked to the door, her hugging me tightly, when gripping the railing and flipping over the rails. Landing on her feet, she smiles up at me.

"How...?" I smiled and shrugged.

"It's a talent I have." I jumped down the stairs.

"Let's goooo." I laughed and walked to the tree.

"Where's mom?" She looked around.

"In her room. I'll go get her." I ran up the stairs and knocked in my moms door.

"Mom?"

"Yes?" She was sitting on her bed, and looked at her feet, then to me.

"You coming down?"

"Go ahead, you're old enough to do things without me."

"But m-"

"Go." She stared straight at me.

"You've changed since Dad died. And I went to Iraq."

"You're my boy, and your father died of a drunk driver. So yeah I have changed. Maybe YOU should get out of here if you think that I've changed so much." She threw a hard cover book at me, hitting the door.

"Maybe I will. Maybe I'll take Ally too, because you decided to be a bitch." I slammed the door, causing multiple frames to fall and shatter on the ground.

"Drew Michael!" She shouted, running to the door. I ran full speed, grabbing Ally by her shirt. Us running into town, looking like homeless people.

"What happened?" Ally was yelling behind me.

"Let's put it this way, we won't be going home for awhile..." I stopped us, and Ally just looked at me.

"Why!" She shouted and caused stares.

"Moms being a psycho since I told her I'm going back to the war. And she's just giving up!"

"She can't.."

"She is."

"Well what the fuck are we doing here? Why can't we help her!"

"We can't," I paused. "We'll go to Keaton's I guess."

"It's his Christmas! We can't just barge in and be like oh hey we're going to stay here for the day. He has family too! And I'm not barging in. You can, but I'm being respectful here." Ally stormed off after that.

Running home, I ran after her.

"What the hell." Mom screamed.

"I was dragged out of the house. By Drew." Ally pointed at me and I got stared at.

The neighbors were coming outside. Even Keaton's family.

"I hate you both! You're embarrassing me in front of the whole neighborhood! And thanks to Drew I'm in deep trouble with you!" I ran in, not looking back. But I looked through the window, where no one would see me.

Keaton and Wesley were watching.

"Ally!" Mom came in and screamed after I ran upstairs to my room. "Ally get your ass down here!"

"Ease the fuck off!" Drew shouted, then ran up here.

After opening my door, slamming it shut, and locking. He turned around.

"You two really want to be punished right?" Mom pounded against the door.

"Sorry we just wanted a Christmas before Drew had to leave again." I slammed her fist against the wall.

"You ok?" Drew came over and whispered to me.

"Yeah. Will things ever be normal again?"

"I don't know.."

"Can we get this holiday over with and fake happy?" I shouted.

"Do you want to?" Mom asked us.

"Yes." Drew sighed.

"Let's get this done with.." Mom walked downstairs as we opened the door.

"Thank you.." I mumbled walking past mom.

"Thanks." Drew stared straight ahead.

"You're welcome."

Ally's *POV*

I didn't talk for a while. But I did only talk to Drew, Keaton, and Wes. That's it.

Keaton: You ok? I saw that fight on X-Mas...it looked bad ):

Me: Not really the happy camper this week..

Keaton: Wanna come and talk about it? Or hang out and get your pretty little mind off of it?

Me: Coffee. Then we'll talk! (:

Keaton: Get ready, I'll be over in 10 minutes.

Me: Ok(:

I had an outfit on, so I just had to straighten my hair and put on my eyeliner.

"Drew!" I shouted and he came running in.

"What?"

"Where's my black combat boots?"

"Over there." He pointed to a pile of shoes in the corner.

"Oh...thanks." I shooed him out and slipped on my boots.

They complimented my outfit. My blue jeans, old graphic tee, and my boots. The last two things were my leather jacket, and my phone. After I slid my phone in my pocket, and put my jacket on. I heard a knock.

"Got it!" I ran downstairs and opened it.

"Ready?"

"As I'll ever be." I shut the door and locked fingers with Keaton as we walked to go get coffee.
