Alex is 7, Jaiden is 6
Ally's *POV*
After I picked the kids up from school, Jaiden moped around the house. And when Keaton came home. She was all over him. Hugging him tight, and hiding her face into his neck.
It's almost bed time, and I was walking past Jaiden's door, to check on Alex, when I heard Keaton and her talking. I looked through the crack and saw Jaiden's legs over Keaton's, her in his arms.
"What wrong baby...you never told me."
"Some people at school...are bullying me." She sniffled and his in Keaton's chest. I read the look on his face.
'How could I let this happen?' Was all over his face.
"You know, daddy was bullied."
"You were?"
"Yeah. But I ignored it. Once I showed that it didn't matter, they stopped eventually." He smiled, then gave her a kiss on the head. "Go to school with a positive attitude, then show off to them. It gets better." Then he laid her down, tucked her in, and walked to the door. Once he shut it, I whispered in his ear.
"You're a good daddy." Then I kissed his neck.
"You're scared me to death, and sent chills down my spine." He shook it off. "Let's just get to bed."
"I have to check on Alex!"
"Hold on," he walked into Alex's room. "Toys, down, bed now." He chuckled and played zombie with Alex.
"The bed is the only place zombies cants get me!!" He shouted.
"This zombie gets a kiss ok? And one for mommy zombie too." Then Alex gave both of us a kiss. "Promise me one thing."
"What is it?" He looked curious.
"Stand up for your little sister."
"Why what's wrong?"
"Some people are being mean. So protect your little sister when you can?"
"Yeah. I'll so my best daddy." Then it was lights out, but talking for Keaton and I while lying in bed.
