Lies

White lies, jocose lies,
Small lies, big lies,
A lie is still a lie,
No matter the purpose of the lie.

Jocose lies you speak,
In order to save yourself,
A selfish reason to uphold,
Lies to blame were told.

Pernicious lies, lies so strong,
Enough to ruin a man's reputation.
Lives it ruins and destroys,
And everything crumbles til none is left.

White lies, the ironic lie.
You lie for you do not want to hurt?
A garbage of rubbish it all is.
I am not weak, the truth I can take,
But the lies I can not tolerate.
