One single click and my heart dropped,
Burning tears and clenching heart,
"Don't hope too much on humanity, you'll just be disappointed," is what my mother said.

And yet I believed that humans aren't that bad for I had faith,
Now here I am, a shattered glass.
Staring at the screen that showed me the hell called reality.

He's an idol, one of their pride.
A human too just like you and I.
Once looked up, now looked down.
Curses of spite, they say "die."

One mistake as a human being,
Enough to lure the snakes and hawks,
They were the first ones to support,
Yet they too, were the first to abandon.

Here I am, staring at the picture
Of a broken man who decided to fulfill the people's expectations til' the end.
His death they wanted and so he'll give.

No justice served, no compassion given.
They he cared for and they he cherished.
It was too easy, it was too tragic.
"I believed but now am all but heart-broken."

Now this is something that makes me want to cry. People can be so cruel. Yes, idols are models and such and such and such you made them out to be but they're still human!!!!!!! How can you just bash them and tell them to die!?

I'm infuriated.
